Came to Wheel Away a few months ago in search of a gravel / hybrid bike. It's been so hard for me to find the right bike since I'm really petite and most bikes in this category are not suitable for short people. The staff were super helpful and asked me a bunch of questions to help me find a bike that would fit me. Highly recommend folks checking out this place!

I have a Cannondale R300 that I have riden regularly for decades but I was stymied by flat tires (front and back) that wouldn't stay fixed. I took the wheels, tires, and tubes to the counter and explained the problem. The man replaced the rim tape (hey it worked fine since 1997-it was time) which I hadn't thought of. While I was there I bought some other stuff and he put it all together for just the cost of the parts. As Willie Nelson says "On The Road Again" - that's what it's all about.

Created some major damage trying to repair some issues in my bike. Not only did they fix and replace everything within a few hours, the final price was way less than I anticipated.
Great company, superb management. Highly recommend!

Super friendly and helpful staff, the lady at the register was great. They helped me put tires I had on my bike, took about 10 mins and bike was ready to go! Highly recommend this shop

Don’t know how to express my frustration before stepping into wheel away as my ethos been hanging in garage for almost a year and both thru axles are Locked, even after two nights of WD40 soaking. Within five minutes in wheel away, the problem is all at bay with a warm “merry Christmas “ after I asked how much I owe you! This quality of service and kindness simply cannot be any better !

I purchased a bike here and later realized the size was wrong. I came back after 8 days for an exchange. The store accepted my exchange even though I had rode my bike for about 15 miles. The staff offered great help during the exchange. Now the new size is a good fit. I am happy about the purchase.

I have bought my last 2 bikes from WA. Jake is a friendly salesman and skilled mechanic. Part of his salesmanship was to announce that I could have a "N/C" tune-up during the first 3 months after sales. What a deal, I theoretically didn't even need a wallet for this trip right? I was in fact charged for parts. I guess "N/C" was too good to be true. Jake should have written "N/C" for labor only to avoid misunderstanding. How will he be held accountable for lack of truth in advertising?

My 12 yo son and I stopped in for a bike lock this afternoon- the on site dog actually bit my son - first bit his shorts then took two bites at his arm - broke the skin and left several welts . The employee didn't do anything to help in fact he said .... Yeah she plays with her mouth. Playing and bite marks are very different. What the fuck ? I sincerely hope my son's arm is ok . Freaked him out . We've purchased 4 or 5 bikes here and had service done over the years . I'd love to hear from the owner . If not he may be hearing from me . This just got ugly- it's 9pm and my son is in pain - several deep scratches on his arm two black bruise dots and a cut that broke the skin. I need your dogs vaccination records and probably your insurance info. Your dog is dangerous . Im very pissed !
