Outstanding maintenance of our 7 series BMW for nearly 10 years. Friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable on all aspects of maintenance of the BMW. Our next car will definitely be purchased from Farhad's Import Connection.
UPDATE: We purchased a 2010 Audi Q5 from Farhad at Import Connection in late 2013. We are very pleased with the car and the only downside is we don't get to see the staff as often as we did before! The BMW has gone off to someone else's house.

I did not enjoy my experience shopping here. The car I purchased was having difficulty starting up but they refused a refund until I threatened legal action. Not a professional car store here at Import Connection.

My experience with Import Connection, both as a car store and repair shop, was incredibly underwhelming. I must admit that I had high hopes when I initially stepped foot into their establishment, but it quickly became apparent that my expectations were far from met.The sales staff at Import Connection lacked the knowledge and expertise one would expect from a reputable car store. Their lackadaisical attitude and inability to answer basic inquiries left me feeling frustrated and unassisted. It was evident that they were more interested in making a sale rather than providing genuine customer service.Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. When I needed repair services for my vehicle, Import Connection's repair shop fell short. The quality of workmanship was subpar, and the repairs performed were not done to the expected standards. It felt like a constant battle to have the issues resolved properly, as the shop seemed more concerned with rushing through the job rather than ensuring customer satisfaction.Furthermore, Import Connection's pricing was exorbitant for the quality of services provided. The inflated costs, coupled with the lackluster customer experience, made it clear that they were more interested in profit margins than building long-term relationships with their clients.In summary, I cannot recommend Import Connection as a reliable car store or repair shop. Their sales staff lacks knowledge and professionalism, their repair services are subpar, and their pricing is unreasonably high. I strongly advise seeking out alternative establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide the quality services one expects when dealing with automotive needs.

I perused the vehicles here and saw one I really liked. They said it was bought already, and then on my way out I heard them trying to upsell it for a higher price to another buyer. Really shady business, avoid at all costs.

As a long time customer here I thought they would have treated me better when I lined up for a purchase. The service staff is rude and didn't treat me very well. I would stay away from this store if I were you.

I purchased a high end vehicle here and there happened to be a myriad of problems with the engine. The car was obviously not functional and I paid a good deal of money for it. Ended up having to argue with them for hours. They did not accept responsibility for selling me a faulty car. Do not buy from them, you will regret it.
