Not a great experience purchasing a car. Staff was generally unknowedgable about vehicles and try to upsell you on almost everything.

I did not enjoy my experience shopping here. The car I purchased was having difficulty starting up but they refused a refund until I threatened legal action. Not a professional car store here at Import Connection.

I perused the vehicles here and saw one I really liked. They said it was bought already, and then on my way out I heard them trying to upsell it for a higher price to another buyer. Really shady business, avoid at all costs.
