“Great location in San Jose! Gilbert and Raul have great customer service and made my check in/check out very ready. Both were very personable, and friendly. The hotel itself has many unique decorations, noticeable light fixtures and statues throughout the hotel. It's a quiet and convenient place that always has parking. I started here for my trip to San Jose, San Francisco, a trip to Stanford, and a concert in Saratoga.Highly recommend.”

“James at the front desk is amazing.
Checked out early. Left something very valuable in the room. Didnt realize it until I got home. Called...James answered, went to my room and retrieved it and kept it safe until I could pick it up. Above and beyond.”

“Staff were excellent, and the beds are comfortable. Decent Aircon of a little noisy, bathrooms could do with a deep clean but was totally fine.

Rooms: Comfortable beds with decent Aircon.”

“A local friend recommended this hotel against the chain ones in the same category. Our stay was a very pleasant experience, from the warm welcome at the reception to the clean and spacious accommodations. Obviously dated but in a consistent heritage feel. Very classy and clean with big mirrors and marble counter in the bathroom. Can't beat the amenities for the price.”

“Great place to stay in Campbell - quiet place even though it is located in the Pruneyard shopping center and right next-door to Rock Bottom brewery. Other good food options include a Mexican restaurant, Peet’s and all the other stores, shops and restaurants in the Pruneyard. Walking distance (10 - 15 minutes) to downtown Campbell. Parking is free but unregulated so the hotel lot fills up if you arrive late - then need to get a pass from the hotel to park in the Pruneyard lot overnight.”

“Interesting hotel with great location within Campbell.
Warm welcome, the teams are all nice and ready to help.
Breakfast is quite good, it only miss the possibility to order custom items (like omelet or other).
Main cons are:
- not always easy to get in as the traffic regulation is impacted by a one way street but no close u-turn
- might be noisy if you have a neighbor above your room

But all those cons won’t prevent me to come back for a next visit.”
