“This place is wonderful! The staff is friendly, and there's a wide selection of games. I managed to find an old game that's barely sold in these retro game stores. So happy that it's here to stay! There are even toys and collectibles here!”
“Amazing place. Sells at market price and sells a lot of good stuffs. Staffs are super friendly and amazing with customer service. Would always come back for more cards.”
“Easily the best priced events in the Bay Area, with good prizing to boot. Very lively place, friendly employees, and my personal favorite, Standard MTG events every week! Great gem for standard events especially”

1035 Park Ave, San Jose“Jason and RJ are Great. Best RC shop around. I took an RC car there that I wanted to upgrade. Jason and RJ told me that it really wouldn't be worth it and to save my money. That is really refreshing to hear in this day and age...honesty goes a loooooong way in my book. They have a huge selection and hard to beat prices. The pricing is very close to Amazon, plus you know you are going to get quality products when you buy something from J&J customs. Highly highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
9AM - 9PM
153 Ranch Dr, Milpitas“Must visit for kids while you are in the Bay area.
It has a wide variety of stationary and other things for kids.
Store for all ages !!”
“Super glad to say that Kandy is my go to spot for all my kpop necessities and cute things. The staff here is great and super friendly! Accidentally came here when they were closed (sorry!), but a staff member let my friends and I in anyway. :) Kandy recently opened up more space and I’m eager to see how much they grow with all their new events and more!”
“Great card shop for hobbyists. Picked up two new release Pokemon boxes of cards today. Entire store was filled with Pokemon enthusiasts opening new packs and taking advantage of the workshop celebrating new arrival. Best price in town or on internet. Plenty of free give aways. Staff is fantastic. Always treated top shelf when me and my grandson visit. Check them out. You won't be sorry.”
“I took my 13 yr old son here looking for some Warhammer 40k kits. The staff was super helpful in suggesting what items to pick up first. They also made us feel welcomed in the store.
Thanks for all the help. We will be back.”
“My son and I visited the shop and indoor track over the weekend and were delighted with the new world we had just stepped into. No really knowing much about the world or rc cars and trucks the staff truly went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Being newbies at the indoor track constantly needing assistance with this or guided thru unfamiliar processes one staff member by the name of Landon was absolutely patient and quick to assist us with anything we had going on ie: testing our cars beacuse of troubles we couldn't figure out. ( the guy was very quick in diagnosing the problem AND fixing it right there on the spot. This 5 star reviews is earned absolutely by alk these guys working there. They really go out of their way to get you and keep you running no matter how many times you ask. Awsome hobby Awsome business Truly appreciate these Awsome guys running Nor-Cal hobbies & indoor Rc tracks.”

615 N 6th St, San Jose“I absolutely recommend this place if you like old before 2010s animes and manga. The store has very rare and old posters, mangas, and DVDs for ridiculously good prices. stuff you can not find online. Mangas are in English and japanese. The owner is really kind and will look in the back to pull out any extra books he has related to your interests. I never seen such an extensive and well maintain collection of old mangas for sale. I love this place even more than the stores in San Francisco Japan Town. They also have sets of beautiful handmade ceramics and traditional Japanese wall arts.”

103 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale“I've been a semi regular visitor and buy/sell coins here. Excellent customer service and I really appreciate the sharing of info as I'm still somewhat new to collecting and gold coins. Thank you”
“Amazing service!!!!! If you are considering purchasing a sewing machine, serger, quilter or embroidery system, GO HERE FIRST! I tried out 1-2 systems in each manufacture line. Nice to be able to test features first and compare prices.”
9AM - 9PM
1444 Kooser Rd, San Jose“Michael's is an OK place for supplies and they are always restocking. Bought the last black foamcore board along with some large foamies. No-talk to anyone in and out with the self checkout is awesome.”
“This toy store has been around for decades. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a plethora of inventory. Support your local small business. This is what America was built on. Forget the big box corporate stores. The Wooden Horse has all your toy needs. I’ll be back!”
“We sell Pokemon card games. I bought a sleeve that seems to be a US exclusive design. The store staff will talk to you in a friendly manner. Thank you very much.”
“I was in the store for the first time today. It was an amazing experience. Christine must have brought out a dozen pairs of shoes and helped me with the tricky buckle. She was patient and also fun to work with. I now have two brand new pairs of shoes at a reasonable price and that fit well.”

120 E Fremont Ave, Sunnyvale“A high quality product matched with high quality service. Rezan was quick to respond to my time sensitive request for a US flag and pole kit. She is so amazing! Thank you.”
“What can I say? If it's plastic and fantastic they have it or can get it. Zip ties cheaper than Walmart. The always fun discards/trimmings bin. Neat little bottles with a variety of tops you can pick and choose from spray to drip to (non-sharp) needles great for dispensing things like oil for your bike. I'm pretty convinced this place inspired the movie "The Graduate". They'd been around for about a decade and a half by the time that movie was filmed so I rest my case. *Plastics*”
11AM - 3PM
1230 Lincoln Ave, San Jose“Chances are if you can't find it here then your probably not going to find it anywhere else. Falcone has a vast inventory of coins and collectibles. Park in the rear or across the street in the bofa lot.”
“If there is anything that makes retail shops look attractive, it's how tidy and organized the departments are - a slight adjacency to customer service . Michaels in Cupertino is organized and so far - has commendable customer service (as long as they're smiling when they interact, I'm sold). The staff at the register and on the floor are helpful even during the holidays. Every shelf has a variety of great selection (even new to the arts and crafts items are here!). I've been coming to this store for years, but not often, and there are the occasional customers with their unruly kids knocking over merchandise or just running around the store like a playground - I know this is something the staff cannot control but this creates an inconvenience to other customers as these little people have no clue about good behavior. One time I had to give my "I'll eat you alive" look to a little girl who pushed against my cart while she was running. I think that kid will never leave home after that. I digress. The framing department seems to be the busiest area in the store. Each time I had to go use their bathroom (clean), there were always customers waiting to be helped. I take that as a good sign? There are always great sales going on with their yarn and beading supplies. I'm happy. Their clearance items are of great value and if you get in during the right time, you'll even get to purchase $10 wholesale boxes from previous seasons. I shop here, usually at random...not a great idea. Parking is easy and the strip is a one-stop-shop with the Safeway and Ulta next door. Even a RDFL (Ross Dress For Less). It's time to conclude this thesis. It's an easy 5 stars.”
“I wanted to just come and say thank you so much for taking my phone call and answering all my questions. Sincerely a kind shop! I know sometimes when calling it’s a harder conversation to have than when one is face to face. But best customer service! I will be stopping by soon.”

761 Mabury Rd #80, San Jose“Found this shop while traveling. Super friendly service. Great selection of Gunpla and other figures, even some you can't typically find on shelves anymore. It seems a little chaotic with how everything is everywhere, but after browsing it made more sense and felt like a treasure hunt. Pricing was competitive, even on the out of print or rarer items.
Do yourself a favor and support this gem! I wish we had stores like this in Maryland. I'm glad I found it.”
10AM - 5PM
3220 Stevens Creek Blvd D, San Jose“Came here for some card supplies and got exactly the help I needed. Looked around and they offer quite a variety of supplies, cards by the pack (or box) and some sports memorabilia as well. I asked a few questions and they took their time answering them and let me browse around without pestering me even though I only spent a few bucks. My only suggestion is to be careful with some of their autographed stuff, as I didn't see the accompanying certifications you'd expect nowadays (PSA/JSA/Beckett).”
“I would say STILL the go-to place for all things art & craft, and ingredients for handmade stuff! They stuff is not cheap - in price or quality - and they do carry premium brands however, I don't think this is the place for the upper level artisan to get their supplies at - mainly for everyday, basic and intermediate crafters”
10:30AM - 4:30PM
1590 Berryessa Rd Suite A, San Jose“How in the world have I not written a review here yet??? This is my ONLY place I go for jewelry! We've been customers here since before our wedding over 35 years ago! They are so trustworthy we have left many valuable pieces here over the years for re-sizing (as with our love our fingers also grew over time)! They do not have the crazy overhead of mall jewelers and have beyond fair pricing. They are family owned and always kind & welcoming. What they may lack in fancy pants "Tiffany" atmosphere, they more than make up for in price & quality!”
“Mostly self checkout, there are customer service representatives on duty. I shopped for mainly ribbons. Because of graduation week, their selection was very minimal.”
9AM - 9PM
561 Coleman Ave, San Jose“As an artist, I absolutely adore this place. The facilities are top-notch, offering a diverse array of tools and resources for artists. The system is efficient and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and access what I need. The variety available here is impressive, ensuring that artists of all styles and preferences can find what they're looking for.
I particularly appreciate the free classes they provide, which not only enhance my skills but also foster a sense of community among fellow artists. Moreover, the atmosphere of the place is conducive to creativity and inspiration. I often find myself spending hours here, simply wandering around and allowing my mind to roam freely, which helps me refresh and reset my artistic perspective.
Overall, this place is a gem for any artist seeking a supportive and enriching environment to create and thrive. Highly recommended!”
“This place by far is awesome the lady at the counter was nice I went there to find a chassis for my sd40 t-2 shell the nice lady said they don’t sell kids anymore and that I could find one at my model train club SVL they know them a lot because they always come to the train shop and buy some trains fromThere so I got two things so did my brother I got a Southern Pacific GE u28 locomotive also know as the “u boat” a submarine used by the Germans and nazis in world war 1 and 2 it runs nice though the sound needs work on i also got a southern pacfifc boxcar too my brother got a amtrack combine and observation car for his vintage amtrack train consist overall this lady is nice and I think she loves her work. 5550 Snell Ave, San Jose“Lovely experience- young men there are so helpful in finding the ribbon I was looking for.
One even mentioned a promotion that didn’t automatically ring up and saved me $5! Fantastic personal. Promote these young men!”
“Sierra Toy Soldiers provides excellent availability of 54mm military miniatures, combined with excellent service and support; affording collectors a broad array of manufacturers and items for purchase. It's a family owned and operated business that employs helpful and knowledgeable staff that are hobby enthusiasts. For all the aforementioned reasons I would highly recommend this business without reservation. -Bill Cleary”
