You want me to check myself out? No way! One reason I like to shop Michaels is because of friendly employees. Give me a big enough discount I might use self check. But I doubt it!

My experience is not very good, in the cashier area there is little attention to cashing out and when inflating the balloons for the party they say there is no gas

These stores need a cosmetic refresh! Great inventory but very outdated display.
