“I did a review on what I thought was Google so I’m not sure if this is a duplicate. If so, I apologize. I came to the store on a 97° day. I have no air conditioner in my car and I’m 63 years old needless to say, I was quite hot when I finish paying the bill I had to pay, the lady who is helping me told me to stay and sit in there if I need to I I just thought this was extremely kind that she went out of her way like this. I am new to the area and new to a large city so I have an experienced a lot of this, it just made my day that somebody was The date of my visit was 7-Eleven at around 3 PM”

“Went there to repair my Bose subwoofer. Apparently its common for these models to short one of their diode. I did my homework researching about the issue and opening the speaker to access the board.The guy helping me out was quick to take my inputs and was able to rootcause in under 5 mins, and fix the diode in under 10 mins. Charged were reasonable.”

“It was 7 Eleven Day a couple of days ago. We walked in and got our free slurpees. This is our second year doing this. Last year, we walked into a different 7 Eleven that ran out of slurpees. It was messy and dirty. This year, we came to the Winchester location instead. All of the slurpees were stocked. The counters were clean and not sticky. The two employees seemed happy and cheerful. They acknowledged us going into the store and going out. I'm not crazy about the parking lot though. Cars don't look as they try to speed through this tiny little lot. I certainly will come back again.”

“I had a last minute issue with a solar filter prior to the 2024 eclipse and had to buy solar film last minute. I talked with Mike and Chris over two separate phone calls. During those the phone calls, both were professional and knowledgable. And went above and beyond to answer all my questions and providing guidance on how to best attach the solar film filter to my Canon telephoto lens. By the time everything was done it was around 4pm PST, the UPS driver had already stopped by earlier that day. Instead of waiting until the next day to send off my solar film, one of them drove to the nearest UPS store to drop off the package to ensure my solar film got delivered in time for the eclipse. I can not express my gratitude to the folks at San Jose Camera & Video for helping me!”
