Cora, a manager for IQ, told me not to worry because she would deal with State Farm directly. And that's exactly what she did. Thanks to Cora, my out of pocket total was minimal, State Farm paid all the rest, and the work completed was excellent! Thank you, IQ!!”

“Awesome service! I’d had an accident when my car was parked in a lot - someone crashed into my rear side and thankfully left their insurance info. I was really dreading dealing with the whole process of getting my car fixed, insurance sorted out and managing without my car for several days. But dealing with Carstar was an absolute delight! They called me to book an estimate , they accommodated a last minute rescheduling (childcare ). I then dropped my car off, they got me a rental at a nearby Enterprise in about 10 minutes. They kept me posted via text on progress, and a week later I dropped off the rental car and drove off with my car all fixed and also cleaned thoroughly! Throughout - I dealt with Kayla who was awesome all the way! Thank you Carstar !”

Due to Tesla part ordering delay and unexpected additional damage behind the original dent, the repair would have taken much longer than the original estimate.
