“got oil changed and had some issues with car. Was wondering when car was going to come back so i called a couple times and the older dude was nice but the younger dude had a bit of an attitude. i dont use window wiper fluid much and i ran out not even a year into when i took my car in. Usually, by one year since topping off fluids I still have enough. It ran out around the 6 months mark so I found it weird. After they supposedly fixed my car issues, probems came back up and took it to a local shop saying it had the same issue.”

Dave the owner is honest, transparent, and very efficient. He successfully diagnosed an intermittent problem in our 2009 Toyota that the big dealership couldn't detect or fix. He fixed the problem methodically, quickly, and for a fair price. Great experience, and we will use them for future auto repair needs.”

“I had a Teraflex rzeppa joint on the front drive shaft that was failing. I was in Los Gatos as a visitor. It took me 5 hours to drive there and all the while, there were rattling and scraping sounds; like a shearing metal noise the faster I accelerated. It didn't sound good at all but I had zero time. I Google'd to diagnose but to no avail. Ultimately, I found Arabia's Overkill on the Jeep Forums and wouldn't you know it- he was just miles from our event. He replaced the front drive shaft because that rzeppa joint was failing and it would have been catastrophic on the highway. Jeff let us cut the line and got us a 1 day turnaround, placing a custom order for overnight delivery. I won't call it cheap but it was more than fair. He had a TON of cars in queue, I mean he REALLY did us a favor and saved our lives.”
“I've been coming here for over a decade now from when it was Frank who was working on my car and my family's car to the new owner Erick who does the work on my car. This is a no BS mechanic's spot that quotes fair and honest prices for both parts and labor. As someone who has been around the auto industry for a while and who used to work on my own cars before a serious injury, I know when I'm getting ripped off on material and labor costs. Frank and now Erick provide more than fair and reasonable prices with quick turnaround times for work and, most importantly, provide the same fair and reasonable quotes to people I've sent here even when I'm not present. Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by and I cannot recommend this shop enough.”
