Employees seemed very bothered to help, 2 just ignored me and never helped, and then when asked another lady to get a fish she was mumbling curse words under her breath, very rude, ended up leaving all my stuff and going home empty handed, I won't go back to this location

Came in grouchy for cat food and left smiling because of Michelle's customer service. Was caught off guard by her happiness as she greeted the customer in front of me. Someone give Michelle a raise. She's wonderful. She was charming and helpful and great! 5 stars because of her wonderful demeanor!

I should have checked the reviews of this store first prior to coming here! The worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life. I will never ever recommend this place to any pet lovers...
