“I love this bank. There’s never a line. Everyone is friendly. They smile. There’s good background music playing. If I don’t feel like going in, there’s a drive through. It’s never packed . They’re really nice there. It reminds me of the good old days.It’s so refreshingly different than BofA across town, where they have a big open building that’s packed with employees and customers and there’s only one teller. It takes forever to get anything done and they’re not nice at all. Pacific Western Bank is doing it right. I appreciate them. Thank you .”

“This location is so convenient for me but the real reason I'm writing this review is to recognize an outstanding team member there named Elena! She always has a smile on her face, even when I witness people in line being rude to her for no reason. She always makes me feel welcome and she's extremely efficient. I had one of the worst days of my life last week and she didn't know it, but her cheerful attitude and kindness brought sunshine my way. Thank you, Elena for your wonderful customer service and commitment. I hope this Wells Fargo branch recognizes how special you are!”
“They always say hello and are very helpful. There are usually 2 tellers. Very personable people. Sometimes there is a line. But, not often. I'm frequently in and out. They also have an ATM outside, but I have never used it. Parking goes one way. Easy, open, and well lit spot. I like this place.”

I understand and I can see them working so hard and I appreciate it. I always get good service when I'm there and appreciate the hard work. Hopefully they will get fully staffed again soon.”

“Heath Roundtree is the most amazing teller at this location. If it weren't for him i would give this chase 1 star. He is definitely a diamond in the rough among his fellow tellers. He is quick and friendly and has great hair. He is always answering the other tellers' questions without slowing down on the transaction he's doing for me. He is hands down the most handsome man I've seen working at a chase. Sometimes while listening to the sweet lullaby of his accent i will look up and lose myself in his beautiful eyes in a moment of incredible bliss. Marry me Heath...”
“I've been a customer of Bank of America for many many years and have had my share of frustrations with this branch in terms of waiting. So this review is specifically for Abraham Perez. After waiting a while, I was helped by Abraham who did such a fantastic job of taking care of all my new accounts and their various intricacies.
