“I got three new windows and one sliding door and the service was fantastic from beginning to end! Geo, my sales guy, was GREAT! Friendly, communicative, and on top of things! I met with him twice, one year apart. If you are thinking about investing in new windows/doors, pull the trigger and go for it. I waited a year before finally saying yes (after I cried lol). I'm a single parent and even though the budget will be tight(er), it has been WORTH it. I went from sleeping with FOUR blankets to only needing one. The windows have made a world's difference and I am sure I will see that in my energy bill too! :) The installers were great as well- fast, respectful, clean, and efficient. They even took a lunch "break". I expected they'd be gone for an hour but instead they sat outside for what felt like 20 minutes and got right back to work. Their names are: J. Taking on the task of reaching out to the city regarding updating my property information. She did not have to do that but did it anyways. This entire team has been amazing. “This company is a God sent! We are a small and magical rescue farm that got heavily flooded during Hilary. We were helpless. Our home and garage were flooded and our animals habitats and barns were under heavy threat. We yelped restoration companies around us and called Green Planet. As soon as the dispatcher answered my call I knew I was in good hands. They took our emergency very seriously, we're extremely concerned for our animals and sent service technicians with heavy professional equipment immediately. They took care of pumping water, drying habitats and stalls and attended to the house. Room by room was packed and dried. They even left pumping and drying equipment for us over night as we anticipated more rain. The price was reasonable and affordable. It was a horrible situation turned positive and dry with the help of these angels. Highly recommended.”

“The house we bought hadn't been changed since the original construction in the '70's. Needless to say, everything in the master bathroom had to be changed, including moving the pipes and the sewage drain. After speaking with a couple of different contractors, we decided to go with Palatin Remodeling. Gil was very professional, listened to what we needed, and gave us advice when asked. He kept me in the loop during every step. When I asked to change something mid-way, his team did so with no complaints, and most importantly, without trying to talk me in to keeping the original plan, even when it was an inconvenience to them. (Which had actually happened with another contractor in our previous home). They finished when he said and not a penny over his quoted price. He didn't even take the final payment until he made sure I tested everything to make sure all was in order, after the final inspection.We were so happy with Gil and his team, that I also changed out the facade of our house, removing the old-school arches. “Caren and her staff are WONDERFUL. I had some Woodmode cabinets, which were great when I bought the house 20 years ago, but the finish was looking ratty and the style was out-dated. However, the interiors were still good (because Woodmode lasts forever) and the counter tops were pretty new so I didn't want to redo the whole kitchen. I must have called a half dozen Woodmode dealers each of whom told me you couldn't replace the doors and drawer fronts, you had to do the cabinets over. The last place I called was Kitchen Design Group, and Caren said of course she could help. So she came over, measured, helped me pick the style and took an existing drawer front to match the finish. After about a month, they were ready and her incredible installer went to work. What a great, professional job he did!!! The finished product matches the existing cabinet sides and frames, and with a new range hood and sink hardware I have a gorgeous new kitchen for a fraction of the price -- and it's still Woodmode. AND he left no mess at all!!! I recommend them 1,000%!! If they do this beautiful a job with my kitchen, I can only imagine how gorgeous a complete remodel would be! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! I'm just sorry I didn't call her first!!”

“We used Pini with Team remodeling for our spare bathroom and then re-hired for our master bathroom too. Everything went according to the schedule. It was nice that there wasn’t any downtime waiting for supplies since they were all ordered in advance. No demo until everything was ready.Crew was all very nice and they limited the loud noise activities when our baby was napping. Also used the side entrance so the dogs wouldn’t see them and bark more.We did a contemporary/ modern look. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to get that made into reality- even for items they have never done before. I’m also a perfectionist and his team came back many many times for touchups until I was happy. There was some damage during demo to my patio exterior stucco. They fixed with no issue :) Unexpected leak in the spare bathroom during the remodel, the crew was there asap to fix.Pini & I disagreed on numerous items- the giant 60” tv in a small master bathroom. I love my giant new tv in there now. Extreme number of can lights. Dark grey paint. Even if we disagreed, he made what I wanted happen (and liked a lot of my ideas at the end too).Working on another estimate with them now for our laundry room adding a sink and cabinetry.They aren’t the cheapest quote we received for the bathrooms but the most reliable and reputable.
