“I wasn't totally familiar with Dunn Edwards but it kept being mentioned to me by contractors that I spoke with about painting projects. When I needed to repaint interior walls, I initially wanted to use the same brand that the builder used over a decade ago, but I was told that Dunn Edwards paint is high quality and the painters preferred material. They're also able to match pretty much any color of you bring them a clean sample at least an inch wide. As a non-contractor, this store was very easy to navigate and the staff was more than helpful making sure I got the correct supplies. What I noticed during application of their paint is that the roller does not splatter much and has excellent coverage, which is helpful for interior ceilings. Relatively great value, don't waste your time and money at Home Depot or Lowe's for watered down paint. Highly recommend this place!”

“Great customer service, new store. It's open. (It's where the 99 cent only store and Dickies used to be on Reseda, near Nordhoff St). It's spacious and roomy. I was able to find some good deals even though I was just browsing having nothing in mind. The prices for the items now have 2 different prices. The more expensive price is if you only have the regular rewards program, and the cheaper price is if you pay like $30.00/year membership.”

“The management of this organization have demonstrateed by real life example many attributes of exemplary hardware store merchandising, display and stocking practices. When you walk in and glance across displays and vast variety well laid out plain to see; obviously done with care and concern of the customer who can find parts and supplies which would not be found in 97% of all stores in a 20 mile radius (probably even 50 miles) I will sum it up with, they have a niche market of supplying the unseen variety and choice that competitors will never offer to you. I will return again because they have items I failed to locate when venturing to many other stores.”

“Dunn Edwards has by far the best quality paint we've used, so we continue to return. I was ecstatic when the Agoura Hills Store opened because I don't have to drive far if I need additional paint. One thing to keep in mind though, when you purchase boxed plastic sheeting from this store-- make sure the box wasn't re-sealed, or open the box before leaving I was unlucky to pick up a sealed box with a used roll (probably a return that the store didn't check). Fortunately whatever remained on the roll was sufficient, but it's not a good feeling to open a box and discover that someone else already tore off what they needed.”

“I have been ordering supplies (remotes and transmitters) from Mega Access Controls, Inc, (aka AAA Remotes) since January 2005 and they are the best! They are the best in terms of taking care of their customers. Their products are shipped promptly. Most recently I ordered some remotes that did not function properly and had to return. Susan was very friendly and efficient in taking care of the return and immediately credited my credit card. Mind you, this is the first time I had an issue since 2005 as I had ordered items multiple times over the years. I appreciate how I was treated and their prices are very reasonable”
