“EXCELLENT store! Definitely the best Volcom I’ve visited so far - they had an awesome promotion in-store when I visited where you could get a pair of pants, hoodie, two t-shirts, and an accessory (belt, hat, socks, etc.) for $99. Considering many Volcom pants/shorts as well as hoodies are $40+ this was a great deal! Employees were very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning!”

“If you are a frequent shopper at the normal Lululemons or online, you might be disappointed with the selection. They have all the styles and colors of leggings no one wants. The reason why I was very impressed was I bought a few items, and when I got home, I tried them all on and none of the items fit. I was so confused because I have probably 100 items from lulu all in the same size. When I saw the receipt said no returns I was so mad at myself. I called the store and AJ the manager was so nice and said if I came back he would offer me an exchange. AJ turned my experience around and because of that I will absolutely be back. Great job with management!”

“We stopped on our way out of town to pick up some shoes for my son. We weren’t able to find what we were looking for and were getting a little frustrated looking for some assistance. An employee named Chase was walking by and offered assistance. He was extremely polite and helpful. He walked by again while we were checking out and we found out he was an assistant manager. Our experience was made better by this young man and we will definitely come back because of it. Thank you again Chase for all your help. Adidas is lucky to have you as an employee.”

“I just received my PADI open water diving certification from Rip Curl and am so glad this is the place I chose! The entire staff was awesome and you can really tell how much they love working together. My instructor Angie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, supportive and FUN! I don't know if I would have enjoyed the experience so much without her and her killer pink scuba gear :) thanks Angie for helping this sometimes nervous novice feel completely at home out in the water. Such a thrill!!”

“I wasn’t planning on buying anything I just went because my partner wanted to check it out. I ended up finding a jacket I liked but they didn’t have any in my size on display. We went up to the register and asked the associate/manager at the register if they had my size in the store. He was super helpful, he went to the back to look for it and was happy to do it. Although he was the manager he went himself to look for it. Great customer service. He was very friendly and making conversation with us. I was very impressed with this store. His name was Chris.”
