“We stopped on our way out of town to pick up some shoes for my son. We weren’t able to find what we were looking for and were getting a little frustrated looking for some assistance. An employee named Chase was walking by and offered assistance. He was extremely polite and helpful. He walked by again while we were checking out and we found out he was an assistant manager. Our experience was made better by this young man and we will definitely come back because of it. Thank you again Chase for all your help. Adidas is lucky to have you as an employee.”

“The staff at this Tilly's outlet are friendly and helpful. We stopped in to checkout some sweatshirts and graphic T shirts and they had a wide selection, along with 5 changing rooms in the back. The prices are fairly reasonable and reflect outlet ranges for clothing, and checkout was smooth with two staff members working when we stepped up to pay. If you sign up for points (gotta provide an email), you can get an additional 15% off purchase so we ended up getting a sweatshirt for 30% off plus the extra 15% off. Not bad! You can return to any Tilly's location too if you have any issue with the item. ----TL;DR----Pros: helpful and friendly staff, convenient parking, selection is huge, several changing rooms, good prices on par with outlet levelCons: noneBottom Line: if you're here at the outlet, it's definitely worth a look if you find something you like”

“Overall, we had a good experience here. Tried on a few different styles of jeans and jean shorts. Their sizing has definitely changed in recent years. Larger sizes with smaller size tags attached, A.K.A. vanity sizing. It used to be that I took a 25/26 and I walked out purchasing a size 23??? I was shopping with someone who recently lost a lot of weight due to some medical issues, and they couldn't find anything to fit. The store had mostly large sizes. We didn't have any issues with the people working here and the store was very nicely organized; seemed clean. I think they need to have a better variety of sizes.”

“Ask for Gabriel if you are shopping Vince at the Cabazon Outlets. Gabriel has been taking care of me for the past two years, which has been an incredible delight. The fact that we shop remotely via text is the finest part of all. Gabriel texts me pictures, and his sense of style is impeccable. Friends and relatives are often complimenting the outfits he chooses for me, and I am sure this is true for all his clients. Working with Gabriel is also wonderful since he can place orders through Vince.com and send me current-season main line merchandise. Gabriel makes shopping with Vince fun.”

“I wasn’t planning on buying anything I just went because my partner wanted to check it out. I ended up finding a jacket I liked but they didn’t have any in my size on display. We went up to the register and asked the associate/manager at the register if they had my size in the store. He was super helpful, he went to the back to look for it and was happy to do it. Although he was the manager he went himself to look for it. Great customer service. He was very friendly and making conversation with us. I was very impressed with this store. His name was Chris.”

“Stumbled into this place by accident. Was curious to see if it was the same company I followed on IG. It was. The general manager (Jeffrey S.), the sales staff (Eric O.) all were so 5 stars! The manager gave me a huge tip to the BEST ITALIAN FOOD OF MY LIFE! And I have had what I thought was good italian in Italy, Newport Beach, etc. Now back to Tod's. They have a great selection of shoes / bags. I was in there searching for Navy Blue shoes, dressy businessy. - Found just that in the form of Suede Pumps with a manageable heel - They even spray it for you - Then found a couple of beautiful slides / mules - made me super happy - The mark downs on price was a huge plus Had I walked in 10 min prior, I would have been inclined to purchase their bags too. - Now I know! Service was so stellar. Friendly, kind, attentive. They did the coolest favor for me... they allowed me to keep my purchases with them while I did my last final round of shopping. - Saved my arms all the weight of the bags - This was super thoughtful and considerate LOVE THIS PLACE! Gotta return for repeat visits for sure!”

I just was able to pick up two amazing jackets at a great discount to original price during end of year sale The advisors here like Daniel really help you select and design a style suitable to your personality and budget. Like I said before it's not cheap when compared to say macys, cole haan etc, but this sort of quality and style at other foreign brand merchants usually retails for 3-5x more”

“My old ecco golf shoe's were on their last legs! I finally threw them out when I got home from the greatest shoe shopping experience of my life. The service was over the top. Erin greeted me with a warm welcoming at the door when the store opened. She was very pleasant and got the shoes out I had on hold from a phone can the day before. Shawn was the sales representative that took charge of looking after me. I am a long time Ecco customer both in Canada and the US with very fussy feet. I wanted to mention the background because Shawn helped me solve my need for new golf shoes but also provided just the help I needed by listening to provide me with a pair a golf shoes that fit. This is a difficult task as I have flat and hurting feet and like to walk two rounds of golf on occasion. He found me the only pair of ecco golf shoes that fit. The Ecco M Golf core. I was worried I could not find another golf shoe again the same in a year or two. I bought two of them. Shawn then said I should also try another popular new shoe that had kind of the same fit. OK I said and glad I was... I bought that one too. The Ecco boom 2.1 X country M. I walked with them today after and thank you Ecco and thank you Shawn!!!”

“Once per year, I come here during different seasons. The last time was at the end of March 2024. The condition of the store is back to what it was before the pandemic. There are a lot of items that offer great deals and a wide range of options. The sizes are incomplete due to some items being out of stock. I found the staff to be both friendly and professional.”

“Location: between Coach and Prada, directly across from Blazed Pizza I went during Black Friday, and I was shocked when I saw they had minimal to no lines unlike most stores that had long waits. Their Black Friday special was an additional 25% off the already discounted prices. Most of their products were past season picks, and they had a myriad of sizes available throughout the store. The store itself is pretty small, but they made the most of the space, and the dressing rooms were spacious and clean. I really liked the lighting and the carpeted floors. The customer service was great, and I really enjoyed my experience at the Reformation outlet location!”

“Cole Haan has become the brand of my go to shoe for a business casual work environment because of the comfortable sole. I'm in a profession in which I need to be on my feet a lot and often wear 20-30 lb lead vests. Having the extra weight with traditional dress shoes usually kills my feet at the end of the day. I just happened to drop into this store after my family wanted to explore the outlets and I decided to tag along with no specific goal. I realized I only had one pair of comfortable work shoes so I decided to look around for another pair. My favorite design is the zero grand stitchlite wingtip. I normally wear a size 10.5 or 11 for shoes but the last pair of Cole Haan Stitchlites that I bought in size 10.5 was too big. I tried the size 10.5 again and it was slightly loose. I couldn't find a size 10 to try and asked the salesperson Leonardo for some help. He was able to find a size 10 pair in the back which fit well. Tip: if buying a shoe with the stitchlite (fabric) upper, you may need to get it a half size smaller than your normal shoe size. Over time the stitch lite stretches out more than a leather upper and will feel slightly loose.”
