I went to the other US bank branch in downtown Burbank and it's a huge contrast to this one. I definitely prefer this branch because everyone I've talked to that works here is so nice and helpful.

Opened account here recently. Gentleman that assisted me was helpful and kept calling me sir. I don't hear that a lot these days and I'm glad the young man's parents raised him good.

Worked with Heather J in social customer service to remediate the issue. They've provided the bonus as they originally promised and heather and Amit were helpful in making this happen.
