When you walk in, there is no acknowledgment that you exist. The kiosk iPad doesn't work and the customers basically walk around hoping to get noticed. Once you actually get to talk to someone things go smoothly but they really need to step up the customer service game.

This evening, I went to the Burbank store and I was helped by Oscar and Ayrianna . I was pleased with the attention that I received from the both of them as the help to troubleshoot my phone. The issue was resolved in a timely mannerand. The store is clean.

Retutned cable box after canceling unnecessary tv package. Stream everything for free. They also dont tell you that if you have a samsung tv you dont need to spend $11 a month for a cable box. Spectrum app is built into your smart tv. Waste of money. Employee was nice.

The Burbank in-store service was good with Vickie. I'm hoping the mobile phone service is just as good! Changed from Verizon to Spectrum because of the price.

The store manager Rubik could not have been more helpful. He got my new phone installed, transferred all my data and apps, answered all my questions, and also helped me to the right person to get a refund on a surcharge from Apple. And I didn't have to wait at all with my reservation. Recommend highly

My husband and I decided to take the $29.99, second line free offer. We also wanted to trade up on our cable boxes. George (Jorge) helped me on Monday, President's Day at 10:00 A.M. and was wonderful to work with. Store was pretty empty at that time. I obtained the new cable boxes and new phones and came back with my husband on Tuesday morning also at 10:00 to return the old boxes and to have our data transferred from the old phones to our new phones. Store manager Rubik assisted us with the data transfer and answered my many questions. He was patient, kind and friendly but also professional. The store was busy on Tuesday and there was a staff of three including Rubik but they were handling everything very well and were attentive to everyone. Thank you Spectrum staff!

Awful experience all around. They cancelled our account twice and make us pay for two weeks or service because of a mistake they made.This is unacceptable business practice. Same issue is happening again. If your business makes a mistake, you cover the cost. Can’t bill me more money because of a problem on your side.

They helped me set up my phone and watch and made sure I was taken care of. The store manager was very involved in making sure everyone was happy with their in store experience

Spectrum is the absolute worst internet provider. Always cutting out, they dont give advertised speeds, and on chat support theh LIE about your speeds, she told me she tested and saw 400mbps, i did a speed test it showed 120. Spectrum always has outages, and all they do to “fix” any issues with ur connection, is send a tech out to replace the box.

I went to Spectrum office in Burbank on San Fernando Blvd and met the store manager Mr. Rubik Manukian who was store manager, easy going person with professionally resolve my problem and let me leave the Spectrum office very happy. I'm able to recommend him to my close friends and relatives if they need help to use with home or office internet, TV's home or cel phone products.

Terrible experience at this location.The staff is rude, disrespectful and hostile. I went there to return my deceased mother equipment.All stations were without customers but employees behind them had no interest in helping me.When I asked to take the return, I got hateful looks from them, like I had just eaten their young!I asked to see a supervisor and found out that the most hostile woman there turned out to be that supervisor - no surprise there! This time I have to replace my old cable box with a newer version and I am dreading to go there. Unfortunately, it is the closest store to me.
