When you walk in, there is no acknowledgment that you exist. The kiosk iPad doesn't work and the customers basically walk around hoping to get noticed. Once you actually get to talk to someone things go smoothly but they really need to step up the customer service game.

This evening, I went to the Burbank store and I was helped by Oscar and Ayrianna . I was pleased with the attention that I received from the both of them as the help to troubleshoot my phone. The issue was resolved in a timely mannerand. The store is clean.

Retutned cable box after canceling unnecessary tv package. Stream everything for free. They also dont tell you that if you have a samsung tv you dont need to spend $11 a month for a cable box. Spectrum app is built into your smart tv. Waste of money. Employee was nice.
