Rude employees over charged me for a case and taxes on a 49.99 phone, didn’t tell me the plan they put me in. Filing an FTC complaint.

Worst customer service. The employees never want to do anything and the manager is never available. Don't use metro pcs!

Horrible customer serviceI recommend going anywhere but here. Only one person behind the counter stuck on a 45 minute problem call with a full store of people! I like Metro but this store is a hot mess!
