“Fancy Free! There simple dialed in menu at the bar makes selections easy and clean. Love the aesthetics of the place, it definitely carried in to our mixed drinks. We went with the Pink Flamingo paired with El Tequileno. Great service, great drinks. It's a once stop shop for quality drinks. The block ice and the garnish were the final touches on the drink. It's a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. I think the end user experience is worth it. I'm no mixologist but I felt like one when making it. I would definitely come back again to try another combo package. They also have a nice selection of craft drinks in the refrigerator.”

I'll just reiterate that the BBQ, whether you get the tri-tip or chicken, is smoky and delicious. To top it off, the prices are super reasonable. My son always looks forward to swinging by Handy Market on a Saturday. And we usually get extra because it reheats well the next day!”

“I heard this was the place to come for baklava and I heard right. The baklava was the only prepared food I noticed at this little neighborhood store. That said, I was on a mission to acquire some baklava and didn't look around much. The baklava was delicious. I'll be back to get more for sure.”

“Passed by this store to grab some wine, I had heard of it when they sold a winning lottery ticket! They have a huge selection of liquor beer and wines ! Some of the white wines were in the fridge too which was perfect cause it was ready to serve. Also had a great selection of craft beers that I tried! The service was excellent and the cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick a wine too! Will be coming back for sure”

“I have lived in this area for over a decade now & yesterday was my very first time at this liquor store. I decided to stopped by to buy Mega Millions ticket & to my wonderful surprise I was greeted with a smile & friendly customer service which is rare nowadays. Upon walking in you're instantly welcomed by the amazing smell of yummy, crunchy & delicious fried chicken & their sides. I couldn't help but to try a piece so YES Krispy Krunchy Chicken is DELICIOUS!!!! I came back today to buy a family meal for lunch. We'll be coming back again & again for sure! Almost forgot to mention Brandon the owner is AMAZING!!! He also gave us free mac & cheese and rice & beans. Thanks again Brandon! Forget Popeyes, get your fried chicken fix here instead! “This was such a fun place to shop in Burbank, CA. I was looking for Odz and Enz down the block, but they closed early for Super Bowl Sunday/2024. I ended up here because I just wanted to locate a different type of store to shop....not get drunk. The cashier was very friendly and immediately greeted me when I walked in. The merchandise that caught my eyes were the Super Mario Bros' keychains that were hanging up front inside a plastic but clear cabinet. We got to talking, and he told me that those keychains have been quite popular these days. I grew up on playing Super Mario Nintendo video games. Finally bought him!!!! Actually bought all 3: Super Mario, Luigi and Mr. Mushroom. They didn't sell Princess Peach keychain at the time I bought a set of three....I would've bought her, too. I spent some time taking pics of other fun items they sold here at Village Liquor Market, Burbank, CA. Thanks for showing me a great time!!!! I'll be back.”
“So we recently heard about the new ownership & we decided to give this place another shot. & OMG the changes are amazing. They remodled the counter which looks so nice! They brought in soooo much more liquor, bourben, beer, craft beer, slush beer! Dont get me started with the deli food. They got new meat although its the same menu they make the sandwhiches more stacked and its just really flavorful now. I spoke to the owner and they said there would be a lot more remodeling being done & that they added a phone so you can txt your orders then come pick it up so you arent waiting around for your food wasting time during your lunch break. You guys got me hooked all over again. Esspecialy Tony he is a gem! -Noa from Monday night”

“This was such a fun experience! I'm not much of drinker, but my friends and I wanted to each have one drink before top golf. I drove to Burbank the day before, and picked out a bag for each of us. We got two Mexican Candy (so good!!) and a Triple Melon (pretty good as well). They have so many different types of combinations, and you get a cup of ice per bag. I don't recommend putting the candy into the drinks, they tend to get soggy and slimy. Just enjoy the drink and the candy separately.”
