“I usually get pretty anxious when out in public and just overwhelmed by the sheer options available but I'm so happy I came to this specific Urban. I was trying to update my Wardrobe and get some new pieces to wear this fall. Alina was the store employee that helped me and she was AMAAAZING!!! Within minutes she was able to help me pick out some cute new tops to wear and suggest some pants that went along with the outfit I was trying to make. Honestly if it wasn't for her kind patience and fashionable taste I think I would have just gone home with nothing that day. She also introduced me to this new perfume that they sell in store. I don't remember what it's called but it smells so GOOD! If you get the chance, see what they have in stock for perfume, you won't regret it!THANK YOU ALINA! I wish more people were like you.”

“Had a great experience at this Ashley Store! Big shout out Johnny, Joseph & İman (the manger) I’m hoping I’m spelling his name right. Great helper & wonderful customer service.I’m very indecisive, it takes me awhile until I know what I really want. They didn’t mind & still helped me out. It took me 3 times coming to Ashley’s until I knew what bed set & mattress I wanted. I will definitely come back and pick out my couches here.”
“Had a lot of good stuff at good prices! Didn't find what I was looking for but found lots of other goodies. The store is on two floors, with no escalator for yourself or for the carts, so the elevator was the only way around for those who are disabled. And anyone with a cart has to use the elevator too which made it a bit tough. They were understaffed as well so the line was rather long, but those who worked there handled the line efficiently.”
“It was very difficult to get help because they were grossly understaffed. BUT.. when you did, they were amazing! Kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Large inventory, clean and friendly.”
