“It is quick and the prices are usually around 50 cents cheaper per gallon so thats nice! It can be hard to pull out during traffic. Always clean and well lit. Never went inside so I cant speak to that. - 1 star for not bringing back the windshield squeegees.”

“Stopped here to fetch a cup of large coffee and a Match for burning candles and incense. Didn't think they keep matches at the register area as well. Any ways, this is located in a convenient corner in the 'City of Burbank,' CA. I would return again if I need another dose of caffeine. They provide various types of creamer flavors here including Hazelnut!!!! Parking was free right inside the plaza, so totally convenient to stop by here for any last minute needs. I already used public restroom elsewhere so didn't need to look for that here this time. I'd stop by here again.”
“This was such a fun place to shop in Burbank, CA. I was looking for Odz and Enz down the block, but they closed early for Super Bowl Sunday/2024. I ended up here because I just wanted to locate a different type of store to shop....not get drunk. The cashier was very friendly and immediately greeted me when I walked in. The merchandise that caught my eyes were the Super Mario Bros' keychains that were hanging up front inside a plastic but clear cabinet. We got to talking, and he told me that those keychains have been quite popular these days. I grew up on playing Super Mario Nintendo video games. Finally bought him!!!! Actually bought all 3: Super Mario, Luigi and Mr. Mushroom. They didn't sell Princess Peach keychain at the time I bought a set of three....I would've bought her, too. I spent some time taking pics of other fun items they sold here at Village Liquor Market, Burbank, CA. Thanks for showing me a great time!!!! I'll be back.”
“Honestly, major shout out to this location! I decided to come in on a coupon frenzy to be the next crazy coupon lady and the staff was unbelievably patient and helpful! It's so rare to get that kind of kindness these days, it really was appreciated for my first time trying to figure out these coupons and savings! I saved so much money and they even suggested a few tips for my next visit. They had a lot of products I needed for my discounts so the stock was great! Can't wait for my next haul!”
“We stopped by this 76 gas station to get gas since my wife car was running on low and the low fuel light came on. You should never come to a gas station near the freeway because they always charge higher but this was a emergency situation so we came here. We parked at gas pump number 7 but after I put in my zip code, it said to see the cashier inside. So I went inside and had to wait while 2 people in front of me was cashing in their lottery winning. Once they finish, I was able to pay and go fill up my wife car. My wife went inside to use their bathroom. I only put enough to get it halfway because I usually fill up at Costco.”

“I was in an accident on the corner and a member of the staff came out and was very helpful. They have video and were happy to provide it to me. They asked if I needed anything. I have not been a customer in the past but they have earned my business going forward. they may be a bit more expensive than the stations in the area but that kind of assistance it worth it. Thank you!”

“This is my favorite 711. It is always clean. The cashiers that work there are all really nice. They are friendly, helpful, and courteous. I frequent this location every day because I live really close by. The gentleman that works at night is super friendly, and he is such a hard worker. I also like sabat. she is so kind to my kids and i when we go in. This place is my favorite.”

“One of the better pharmacies in entire valley area over not just CVS but Walgreens & rite aid. Shelves are always stocked, there's no feeling of quiet quitting by employees & no fear of smash and grab. However; certain staff in makeup & health and wellness area, which takes up entire left side of store and front left section, seem to have power trip & practice no discretion in blatant prejudging of customers who may not look good enough to their standards & thru misaligned bias & antiquated stereotypes; who find it professional being short & snarky with responses to questions & due to the narrow minded & inauthenticity of their opinions being created by their echo-chamber, stalk & monitor discriminately paying patrons like a prison yard. Immediately before any interaction nor displaying any type of suspicious behavior, just thru prejudgment & ignorance feel they need to act out their failed life goal of being bodyguards or private security & rudely command, uncomfortably hover near & linger. Besides that irritating socially defective human, it's nice.”

So sorry she has to deal with all the karens and rude customers who I constantly have to be a witness of . Btw fyi they don’t have change in the night for their own safety ! “Not only is this CVS Pharmacy easy to navigate and a friendly neighborhood store, but this CVS's Optical is fantastic. I had a disability and used a walker in the store, and when I went by the optical aisle, the optical staff went out of their way to help me find items I needed in the store, even though they didn't have to do this, as they were in optical. They gave me some giveaways from the optical department and made sure I was comfortable in the store. They have heart and compassion, and based on that alone I would highly recommend them.”

“I live close to this Mobile station and I usually come here to buy my super lotto tickets and some California lottery scratcher tickets I've had pretty good luck at getting some Winnie tickets here even though I sometimes come here to get some gas the price is a little high for my blood so I usually don't come here that much to fill up but it's pretty convenient for other things such as lottery tickets snacks drinks and other things pretty friendly service as well”

“Parking is easy, and staff moves you in and out pretty quickly. Because I live so close I have literally been here hundreds of times. They have a red Box in front. They cook the food pretty often so it's really fresh. It's always the same cashiers so they get to know you by your name”

“Do NOT get disposable photos developed here. I gave CVS my disposable cameras, and they returned with not only photos missing, but also half a deck of someone else’s photos. They have no way of contacting the distribution center so those sentimental memories were gone.
The saving grace was the on duty manager and employees here. They were absolute gems and were as nice and helpful as they could be about the situation.
Great employees, that’s what I give 4 stars to the store. However, 0 stars to the photo development service.”

“I go specifically to 7-11's seeking out their delicious Hazelnut coffee and this location has it freshly brewed 24/7! Most don't. For this alone I will give 5 stars! I love their coffee and will now only come to this location for coffee stops. Plus, the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and polite. That means a lot to me as a customer. In addition everything was stocked and very clean! And a personal favorite of mine, Nerds candy is carried here, so yeah!!! :)”

“Pharmacy is usually very busy and always understaffed. Despite this Ive always had the staff do the best job imaginable given their situation. In three years I think I've only had one or two rude people which is amazing for a corporate pharmacy and semi understandable given the fast paced environment”
“Travis is a godsend. I had a flat tire and had no idea how to fix it, drove around a little bit before seeing that this Chevron had the air pump. I walked in, asked for some pointers on how I'm supposed to work the thing,, and he was so incredibly helpful! He jumped into action, explained the process to me, and looked up the stats for my car. He's also hilarious and helped offset my terrible after-work surprise. I am proud to say I am now an adult who can fill up her tires when they're low, and I owe that to him. There's another gas station maybe a minute and a half closer to where I work, but I'm going to start going to this one. Figured it's the least I can do!”

“I needed another prescription filled and the pharmacy technicians were very keen to assist. At that location, it’s always like that. I live in Van Nuys, yet go over to Burbank because I trust them.”
