“About 2 years ago Frankie developed IBD and kidney disease and my vet was pretty accurate that he would pass away at 14. A couple months ago, he was getting thinner by the week, seemingly wanting to crawl into the space heater. It took some time for my husband to agree it was Frankie's time to depart. I really didn't want a stressful car ride to the vet or worse, animal emergency. My local veterinarian referred me to Dr. Marchi. He was so gentle and compassionate and gave us the time we needed with Frankie before saying our final goodbye to his physical presence. I am so grateful that Dr. Marchi was the doctor who made his final passing as peaceful as possible.”

“For years, I have never been able to find a vet that I liked and finally I think I found one. I went to Dr.Kim and he was very nice and caring towards my cat. The prices are very reasonable and I really appreciated that Dr.Kim and the vet techs did not try to up-charge me for procedures my cat didn't need. I was convinced my cat had a blockage and Dr.Kim told me not to worry and that my cat just had an upset stomach. At first I didn't believe him but he was right LOL. Other vets would have DEFINITELY charged me to do every test under the sun! I will definitely be coming back for all my 5 cats”

“I went to Lincoln Animal Hospital for the first time for some urgent care for my cat. It was a Saturday, and they were booked, but they saw us as a walk-in for urgent care. The girls at the front desk were super nice and checked me in right away. I was told I would have to wait, but the wait was only 10 minutes. Dr Lan was so nice and caring. He relieved my worries immediately. I thought maybe my cat needed an xray to check for an intestinal blockage, but he said he didn't think that was necessary. He sent us home with a mild laxative and she was fine when we tried the laxative for a couple days. This was the most wonderful experience I've ever had at a veterinary office and I look forward to taking my other two cats to this office for any future veterinary needs they may have. I give this office 10 stars ?”

“Booked an appointment here for the first time last week and absolutely love and recommend them! They let you wait in your car while a room is prepared, which helped my pup's anxiety massively. The team made sure I was with him as long as possible and only brought him to the back for five or so minutes. The vet, vet techs, vet assistants, and support staff were all kind and listened attentively to my thoughts and needs and responded accordingly. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy procedures that weren't absolutely necessary. Last and definitely not least, I was wearing a shirt which designated my pronouns as they/them. Not only did the staff compliment me multiple times on the shirt; they also correctly gendered me, which is above and beyond any veterinarian's office I've ever been in. Will definitely be using them in the future! :)”

“We have been bringing our big puppy here for 3 months. The vaccines are a little pricy, but I have not compared recently, so could be competitive. They charge to use a credit card so best to pay cash or check. The office visit is about 1/2 of others. We had her spayed and they did not recommend a cone. She healed completely without it.1st time having a pet fixed with out a cone. Very good vets. All treatments are done outside of the room. Including vaccines. I'm not used to that.”

“My dog got the respiratory illness that is circulating right now. It was so scary and my dog stopped eating/drinking and had rapid respirations and extreme lethargy (to the point of not moving at all). Dr. H and his team got him right in and helped with meds, fluids, and some prescription soft food. He went back in the next day for more fluids and antibiotic injection since he was not eating. The team checked in with me daily and I felt so supported. The other ER vet I went to did not show any empathy, compassion, or any immediate solutions for the dehydration. The team at Sea Gate is amazing - look nowhere else for your pet's care!”

“Myself and my wife went after the New Year to take in our 14 + old Tabby gray cat GOHAN to see if they could put him down as he was suffering for over 9 days he had multiple medical conditions , and had been slowly declining never complained by crying or anything. We had a rough time getting through the process of parting ways with Gohan he was such a great cat & will be missed dearly. The Doctor, his son , & their staff were very understanding and still being our first time visit at that clinic, treated Gohan as they would do any animal checked ,examined him, weighed him, explained his condition to us , and allowed us to be able to make the hard decision of putting him down so he could be at peace. We highly recommend this clinic , and will definitely be bringing in our other animals to this clinic . Our clinic was booked and closed one extra day for New Years and we appreciated this place for being open, and that staff, and doctors , for the way that they handled our situation professionally. “They have been taking care of our cat for 2.5 years since we found her as a kitten. I do have an issue with the microchips they are using, and I did reach out to them for help. So I would go somewhere for a microchip and ask what the company is for the microchip and do some checking on it. I didn't do my homework in advance to ask what microchip they are putting on my cat and turned out to be some fishy company with hundreds of complaints with BBB that remain unresolved. Unfortunately, I found that not all microchip manufacturers are the same, so it matters what you chip your pet with.”
