“Best Couch Ever!! I have lower back pain and I’ve had 4 different couches in ten years, each one never quite right and just not comfortable enough but thanks to Custom Sofa Co., we’ve finally have the best one. Every part of the couch was customizable. We picked the Telegraph design with Leslie linen fabric. We love the modern design and the fabric is incredibly cozy and soft but still sturdy and washable! Dom was so kind to let me borrow a ton of large fabric samples to take home which was amazing because it made it super quick and easy to pick a color and fabric that would be perfect for our apartment. It’s always so hard to imagine from a tiny square swatch. Our couch took only 4 weeks to arrive and we absolutely love it. I’m so happy we upgraded to the 15 year warranty foam too for only $500 more. Great price, great quality and fantastic customer service.”

“That's such a great experience at this location. George from mattress firm did such an amazing job with us. He was very patient and knowledgeable About all the different mattresses that they had around the. He never showed signs about being in a rush to make a sale. In fact, we went home and we took our time and thought about it. And came back. I bouted two days later to purchase our bed. The delivery came the next day and was a very timely and quick process of installing the bed. If you're shopping around looking for a bed, definitely stop by Mattress Firm Serramonte.”

“We were skeptical about this business just because the name is kinda goofy -- but we were blown away by the service and quality we got here, at a lower price point than retail. After our experience, I can't imagine buying a couch from a chain vendor again. We were initially eyeing sofas from Restoration Hardware, but they were very expensive, and we saw that other folks complained about poor quality, delivery times, and customer support. We came in to Sofa U Love after seeing one couch on Craigslist that looked roughly similar to what we were after. We were helped out by Benny from our initial walk-in. While we had looked at other "custom" sofa places, you were mostly looking at set models with some options around fabric. Sofa U Love was able to make a mock of the RH couch we were eyeing, then let us customize everything down to the arm width, to the stitching on the cushions. Benny and the team were super communicative as it was built out, and I appreciated their design insight. Our couch came in substantially less expensive than the couch we had been eyeing, built with solid wood (vs MDF), with faster delivery time, and made in California! It's rare you don't have to make tradeoffs!”

“Although we love the warmth our Kosmos chairs provide us in the chilly SF weather, we are disappointed in the quality of the finish on one of our two chairs. The images that I have provided are after G&J refinished the arms. Both chairs are covered when not in use, and are only cleaned with water and a microfiber cloth.We have asked G&J for a replacement chair, and hope that they will respond.UPDATE: G & J has replace our chair and we are VERY happy with their attention to resolve this problem! Meiling was very patient answering lots of our questions and quite knowledgeable of their vast furniture options. She even moved furniture closer together to see if they complimented each other. We spent almost 2 hours in the store and bought over 12 pieces of furniture. The quality of the furniture and the excellent customer/ sales service by Meiling prompted us to give this review.”

“This is a relatively new addition to downtown Millbrae, and though I don't see myself buying anything from here in the immediate future ... never say never, especially because not only is our house full of all sorts of Southg Asian and Asian decor, but there've been all sorts of occasions when we've popped into one of these places. It's neatly laid out, and I get the sense that they're still ironing out the kinks in their interior. When we wandered in, they were fairly busy setting stuff up, and I didn't see stickers of prices on the items. I can imagine (and for their sake) hope they manage to do a brisk business here. Though I would've rather a food place had popped up here, for what it's worth, they have a large, albeit limited repertoire of decor and furniture items, that range more on the aesthetic side, than purely functional, though this might change as they expand their inventory. Btw., the space is fairly large, though it doesn't look it from the outside, because it's deep and vertically stacked, so it might be worth your while to walk all the way to the back.”
“This is a furniture store right on mission street. The store is medium size with a lot of furniture. We were looking for a chase and a love seat combo. They did have a couple selection but none to our liking.”
“Inga was a great help in selecting fixtures for an entire home while we were preparing it for sale last year. She made what could have been an overwhelming task so much easier, with her expert suggestions. I know from experience there is a lot that can go wrong with selecting light fixtures... from not enough light, to wrong scale, and more. Inga kept us from making costly mistakes, and the project turned out great. The customer service was excellent, and there's nothing like being able to see the actual fixtures in person at the store before you order them. Inga helped us pick out at least 12 sets of lights, and we didn't have to return or change any of them. When a glass shade was broken for one of the fixtures, she got us a replacement quickly. I highly recommend using Inga's design services. For a larger project like ours, she might visit your site in person. Otherwise, you will need to send her photos.”

“Found my furniture, put in an order for delivery and set-up scheduled for later the same week, all in about 10/15 mins. Although I didn't get his name the man who helped us was great. We had a strict budget which was mostly spent on a bedframe/mattress and needed a couch as well. They so kindly brought down the price in order for us to complete our purchase and we were able to get everything we needed in less than 20 minutes. The delivery came a few hours later than was originally discussed but it was a holiday so I don't hold it against them. The delivery was easy as the team did all the moving and put together/set up the furniture which was all free. I'll definitely be coming back in future. There's a good amount of stuff in store but they have a lot more inventory you can view and shop from within their catalogues they have at the warehouse.”

“My delivery associate was Dave Dragoo and he was super friendly and professional. They arrived a little bit early but was kind enough to wait for me in their truck as I had a meeting during that time. They were very careful of not damaging your floor while assembling everything and even explained how to dissemble it if you ever need to move the furniture. As I purchased an extendable table, they showed me how to put the leaves in and even helped to find out locations to store them in my house. They were very fast in moving everything in but made sure everything was in place before they left (unlike a lot of moving companies I had in the past-always in a rush). I am very happy with the service and will highly recommend room and board for making your furniture purchase.”
