“I’m not really the type of person to write reviews, but this company is so outstanding I almost feel like it’s my civic duty to let my local community know that they should be running all of their phone issues past these two guys before making any hasty decisions! And the biggest reason why I’m saying this is because they were able to fix my very messed up phone after two other places refused to do so (while also trying to pressure me into buying a new phone through them). And the second reason why I swear by this company is because of the integrity I’ve witnessed them display (with myself but also with other customers too) during my many visits to their office. On multiple occasions I’ve heard them state that the phone has to be properly working per their own standards before they can accept payment and that’s so refreshing to see these days! Most people just want to take your money and rush you out the door, ya know? So yeah, these are some truly good, stand up dudes who do absolutely outstanding work… so before you go buying yet another new phone make sure you can’t do a quick fix to hold onto the one you got for a little bit longer, even if only for the sake of our environment, k? And this place could easily be the shop that charges the most (because of the quality of work they do) and yet they’ve always been the cheapest every time I’ve price shopped them! So yeah, I first heard about Shakeel the phone repair guy from a close friend, so make sure to always tell your own friends about him, too! It is of all of our best interests to keep this company around for as long as possible because sometimes buying a new screen for $100 is a lot more doable than dropping $1000+ on a whole new phone and that’s real! “So... I violated one of life's basic rules. Never set anything on your vehicle even if for just a moment. Overlooking this rule resulted in my cell phone becoming roadkill when it fell off my vehicle while cruising down the El Camino. I thought it was a lost cause, but I got a spark of hope when I called in to Bonjour on the off chance it was repairable. Sam was very pleasant when I called and I felt confident enough after speaking with him to make the drive over to his location on Irving Street. Long story short... he had the parts that were needed in stock and promptly repaired my phone to "like new" condition after I approved his estimate. The price was more than fair and the level of service was impeccable. This will be my go to spot from now on and I highly recommend Bonjour for your electronic repair needs.”

“I have a vintage 1958 tube Philco TV that needed repair. It is nearly impossible to find a certified technician, that is not only familiar with these old TV sets, but also who has an extensive experience in their repair, even in the San Francisco Bay Area. Michael and his team were able to identify the problems, order the necessary tubes and outdated electronic parts, mainly from Europe, where they are still available, and appropriately service the TV. Michael explained from the outset that it would take some time as the parts needed to be ordered from overseas distributors. It was definitely worth the wait, as the final result was really impressive! The TV set works better than ever. I would unreservedly recommend A+ electronics for any TV repair job.”

“Really really excellent experience getting my phone fixed here! I dropped my phone 1-2 weeks ago and completely destroyed the screen. It was unresponsive, vibrated occasionally. Totally panicked because I had none of my data backed up. I called around and found this shop, which was the closest one open the day I called and was able to walk in and get a quote for the phone fix immediately at what I believed to be an extremely reasonable cost. David, the front desk guy, laid out all of my options clearly and let me take all the time I needed to make an informed choice. He was also extremely helpful with giving advice on phone care, tricks to try to get my data out while waiting on ordering the needed part (unfortunately these did not work lol), and was prompt in responding to my texts. Extremely transparent and answered my many questions about what parts were broken. The shipping for the part was really slow, and actually took longer than the 3-4 days they originally estimated, but David was good about communicating ETA on part arrival and setting up time to come in and get it fixed throughout the week. In terms of time it took to get my phone fixed, they were also accurate. If they said to come back in 2 hours, I came back and it was ready in 2 hours. David also helped with generating an itemized receipt since I had warranty and was detail-oriented in getting all the information I needed correct, asking about the deductible, insured party, etc., all to ensure that I got all my money back. Unluckily, after I got the screen fixed, I realized that I also had messed up the volume buttons on the phone. I texted them again and they told me to come in the next day, where they fixed it for me in under an hour at no additional cost to me, explaining that it was okay since neither of us would have caught the issue given the black screen problem. Another thing I liked is that the shop is very trustworthy. They will not ask for your lockscreen passcode unless they absolutely need it for the repair. I didn't have to give it for my original screen repair. And instead of asking me to tell them the code for the volume button repair, they asked me to remove the lockscreen so they could test the hardware without needing my passcodes. Definitely come here if you have any tech issues! The shop is unassuming, small and looks crowded in a messy home garage sort of way, but the customer service is top notch. It's a family business that cares about providing a good experience for its customers. Would come back in the future for any issues I might have!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I am so pleased with how quick, efficient, and cost-effective they were in servicing my MacBook, which had water damage. They diagnosed the problem to a corroded sensor, and replaced just that part for much less than I had expected given that I did not have AppleCare. I love that they are an authorized Apple service provider as well, so I was able to schedule an appointment through my AppleCare app.”

“Michael and Henry provide great customer service. Came in with a phone that wasn't reading the SIM card. They noticed right away that it might have been an issue with the expanding battery causing a loose wire connection to the SIM card tray. The battery was replaced and although I still had issues, Michael was willing to spend extra time to take it apart to inspect it again. The issue was finally resolved when I got a new SIM card from my phone carrier. Overall, Fix My Phone SF went above and beyond my expectations and I would come here again if I should ever need repairs.”

“Elbert was on the pricier side of what I saw quoted, but it's hard to overstate how great this was. My phone was extremely dead, and not only did Elbert fix it, but he was done within a couple of hours with a major repair.As I said, it was a little pricy but it was well worth it. everywhere else talked about several days to fix, while Elbert got it done in a few hours. And he picked it up and dropped it off.10/10, while I hope I never need his services again, he's going to be my first choice.”

“Mauricio ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) came to my place of work this past Tuesday 12/19/23, to fix the fractured front of my phone. I have to say in 25 years I managed to not damage my phone. This man was on time, assessed what needed to be done and said, " this should take about 30 minutes."This sounds strange as I write it, but handing your phone over to someone is a big deal! Mauricio handled my phone as if he understood my concern, and was finished in 20 minutes. Prompt, knowledgeable, careful and professional! What more can one ask for.....”

“Honestly the best AV repairmen I've encountered in decades. I'm very impressed and I'll bring another vintage amp for service next month.I have a 1978 Concept 11.0 receiver that was overheating. It's a vintage high-current monster receiver with a wood case and chrome front. The manufacturer went bankrupt in 1983 and there's no repair information. But it's beautiful and has an excellent tone with my Klipsch fortes.I'd previously brought it to a different shop ("Champ" in the East Bay, which was a year+ and over $1k disaster - he couldn't fix it, broke a knob, caused an awful acrid burning smell and even sprayed cologne to try to hide it. Lesson learned!) but the amp was still lighting resistors on fire. I gave up for a year and assumed I was going to have to part it out. I made an offer to buy another Concept 11.0 and the owner said he'd gotten his repaired at Pro AV. So I decided to give Pro AV a chance but was prepared to buy this other unit if I had to.Pro AV found the problem that the other shop couldn't and fixed it in just 2 months for a fraction of what I'd paid the other guy. I honestly didn't think this amp could run as cool or as quiet as it does now. I'd just assumed it ran hot by design. And the smell is gone so my wife is happy.I couldn't give a more enthusiastic recommendation for these guys. They did excellent work for a very fair price.”

“I was in need to repair my iPhone 12 Pro screen, it got a green line on the left side of the screen, and it cant turn on sometimes after I accidentally dropped it. I was in need to get it fixed, and Apple store took long time and more expensive to do, so I decided to bring it in to Gadget World.
