“Walking into the Dyson Demo Store was one of the best things I ever did in my life! I stepped in curious about hair tools and Zachary stepped right up in showing me all the selections. He was very professional in answering my many questions and helping me test the options. I was very impressed! Zachary also identified the perfect floor vacuum attachment for my Dyson V7 so that my hair doesn't get tangled in the rotor. The floor attachment always seemed to be unavailable on the Dyson website when I've tried to order but it was amazingly easy to get at the store. It's been life changing!”

“I recently upgraded my iPhone-not purchased from this location and was having difficulty transferring my old phone to my son. Everything went well, except that I couldn't get the phone to work--no incoming and wasn't able to make any outgoing calls. I came to the location closest to me and was greeted by Padam.After explaining my situation, he wasn't sure if he could help me--I felt he gave me a hint of attitude & said he was only a technician, not sure what that meant. Within 20 minutes, he got the phone working. Despite the initial attitude, the outcome was a fully functioning phone and for that I have to say his service/helpfulness was good.”

“Decided to check this place out on a whim, since I'd never been able to find a place to audition nice headphones before - best audio-related decision I've made in a long time. The staff were super friendly and eager to let me try on a bunch of different headphones (Focals, Sennheisers, etc.), and offered suggestions and insights based on my preferences. We also ended up having a pleasant conversation about headphones versus speakers, and I got the chance to stay past closing just to experience an absolutely awesome speaker setup with some tracks picked to match my preferences while showing me just how good audio can get. I seriously walked away from this place elated and with a newfound perspective on consumer audio, and I'm really glad places like this exist, being run by people like the awesome staff here. Make it a point to check Music Lovers out, you won't regret it!”
“Nothing but great things to say about Taylor! He installed my dash camera (front and rear) and some extra power outlets. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the install. Not to mention the fair price. I think the coolest thing was my camera was doing things I did not know it did because it was finally correctly installed by Taylor.”

“If I could give these folks ten stars, I would! Before Covid my wife and I went here to buy office chairs. We are seniors with a lot of back and body issues so we knew this would be a challenging process. We had been to some other places but they tried to sell us on stuff that would not work for us, could not answer our questions and rushed us. What a totally opposite experience at Blaisdells! We were waited on by Adrienne Quitugua-Hervin and she gave us some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in any type of business. They had a great selection, but even more important was how knowledgeable Adrienne was and how patient she was with us. She was very familiar with all the chairs and gave us all the time we needed to check them out thoroughly. Part of my business is training people on customer service and Adrienne checked off all of the boxes of an award winning customer service representative of this company! She could train a lot of people in customer service! We bought chairs (at very reasonable prices) that needed to be customized a bit and then Covid hit. Being at very high risk, we did not have any deliveries inside of our house. Blaisdells understood our concerns and never pressured us to get the chairs. Eventually we had them delivered and put together on our porch where Adrienne helped set them up and showed us how everything worked. Even the delivery people were as polite and nice as could be! This is a big company that exemplifies the best of a small family business. My only complaint is that they don't sell every type of product we need!”
“Wanted to leave positive feedback for Rick. Over the years he's built me multiple desktop systems and they exceeded my expectations each and every time. His knowledge, turn around time, and even the price for hour labor here is awesome. Even the due diligence to cable management and maximizing all USB ports is there! This may sound hyperbolic, but what you get vs what you pay for is awesome... maybe the most reasonable in the entire city of San Francisco in terms of hourly rate & value. My absolute favorite thing about him is that there's no agenda to sell you overpriced elements to a build that other little in terms of a mechanical return. No upsell on liquid cooling, or even an attempt to layer more sticks of RAM into your tower. If you ask him a straight question, he will give you an honest answer. IMHO, this is exceedingly rare with service professionals who seem to relish adding unnecessary expensive parts onto all projects. Thanks for everything central computer, I have yet to have a bad experience in all these years. Cheers!”

“I needed a little simple help with my sound system in my smart car. I did a quick search while I was down in Burlingame one day and found rock and roll. This guy is super stand up. I had no appointment, I just showed up and he stopped what he was doing and helped me. He solved my problem which was fairly simple in a few minutes and I was on my way. But that said, the real value here is the customer service. With the pandemic destroying businesses like these in large swaths, I was very happy to find this place. Great guy super knowledgeable, and if you have any old cars or hot rods, he's a specialist and electronic wiring in that sort of thing too. I wish I could recommend this place twice. Give him your money you won't go wrong.”

“Great store! My very old mouse started having an issue with one of the buttons so I dropped by here to buy a replacement. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful and I found what I was looking for. After trying the new mouse for a few hours I discovered the shape was not ideal and it made my hand cramp up. I returned it the next day and that was hassle free.”

“I had been contemplating upgrading my two channel analog system for quite some time and started with a new turntable and cartridge. I zeroed in on two different turntables and cartridges and started an online dialog with Antonio at Audio Vision. He gave me a lot of insight into the pros and cons of each along with info as to how each would comply with my existing preamp and gave me a road map of further upgrades I might want to consider down the road. I decided on a system and found an online seller that would give me a better price on the cartridge. Antonio discounted the cartridge so that I would get the same pricing along with having local support for the entire package. Audio Vision has a great selection of both mid and high end gear, the staff is very helpful and friendly and I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is so much better to deal with people face to face and establish a true rapport than to go through a faceless online dealer. Support your local small business!”

“I walked into their store yesterday in desperate need of a new vhf antenna because ours had broken in transit. The young gentleman at the front counter graciously called Jacques, one of their technicians who was out in the field and put me on speaker phone where I described the situation. Jacques was extremely knowledgeable, and made a few suggestions. With his help, we were able to fix the antenna and raise the mast and launch our new boat!! We appreciate the time he took to not only explain things, but remedy our problem!”

We are long time T Mobile customers and we thought we would have to buy new phiones, BUT the gentleman helping us offered to clean out our plugs and our phones were able to charge easily again. “I was in the market for a new TV. I wanted a large TV that was also great quality... and within budget. My father suggested I go to Video Only. When I walked in, this place was like a throwback. The store is very basic, but large. There is plenty of free parking available. The salesmen were awesome. They educated me about the basics of what I needed to know about purchasing a TV. They were kind, respectful, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way, and they didn't try to oversell me. I returned the next day to purchase a TV and they greeted me by name when I walked in. The TV I purchased was $600 less than both Costco and Best Buy's sale price...! Also they offer delivery & setup very inexpensively. Rabie was awesome and I've already told several of my friends about Video Only. Thank you...!!”

“Shout out to Dillon and Elijahs!! I got my problems resolved in this store successfully, which it caused by the Newark blvd store, they messed up my whole family phone numbers and NONE of the staffs at the Newark store knows what they are doing at work. The only thing they know is asking you to call the customer service OR I am pretty sure if you are looking for a phone cover, they will get you a nice one. Luckily, I got my problems resolved even though I wasted my time and gas to drive all the way from Newark to Alameda, but it is worth.”
