“Such an outstanding difference from say Bank of America. At BofA, they'll have 2 tellers, a line out the door, and about 5 other employees milling around. BAC starts another teller as soon as there's 2 people in line. Great customer service ?”

“I recently had a very important transaction requiring personal help from ny Credit Union, Unify. Although I recently moved to the Concord area, I drove to the Brentwood branch. Once living in that area, I trust them. The minute I walked in, I saw Debbie and I knew I would be given the best of care. Not only did she walk me through my transaction, she has very personable conversation and a way to calm me as I was quite nervous. My earliest transactions with Unify started at that branch, also with Debbie. “Opened an account at this location and the whole process was smooth. Would recommend that anyone who is looking to open an account should start the process online to make your visit way shorter. Though they are a small branch, there is a ton of room inside the building, and there was a teller ready to assist me with my appointment. Jose Murillo helped me finish the process I started online, and made sure all the information I had put online was correct. Afterwards, he walked me through the banking app and described how to use its features, and all the other benefits that come with accounts. Everything went well, and I am now a satisfied customer of Chase. I don't get what the fuss is on the reviews with all these people freaking out about wait times, and rude staff. Probably just entitled/rude customers as per usual thinking the world revolves around them? If you need to get with someone good, request Jose! He does his job well and is professional. Would go back again ?”
