“I have been going here all my adult life, my mom worked for the county and that’s how I got it (u use to have to be referred). All my children now have accounts here, car loans here, we have moved with them, had their name changed with them, etc. I honestly feel they’re part of our family. I have NEVER had bad customer service. I have had employees go above and beyond on many occasions. I do not particularly like this current location (BUT I love the current employees in there at Century Blvd) however I do much of my banking through the app?. You all are doing a great job and I appreciate each one if you!???”
“They're okay for a credit union. They can't be reached by phone, so that's annoying. If you leave a CD they won't make it right, they gave a .09% after we had a 4.5, and the rate now is 5.5%! Really upset about this! Then we took it out to get the 5.5%, and they charged over $400.00. Then we got a letter apologizing for their mistake BUT NO OFFER OF MY $400.00 PLUS BACK!! SICK”

“I bank with these guys the staff especially management are seriously the absolute best when I have any thing I need to take care of.The only issue I have is there call center o.O wait times sometimes exceeds 2 hours one day I waited 5 minutes I thought it was my lucky day then the lady on phone refuse to authenticate me saying I can identify you which straight bs it works with everyone else it wasn't until she had to get a supervisor to help me which forced me to wait 30 minutes for one. Makes the DMV look like they have a fast pass.”

I don't know what the other people's problems were that posted several years ago, but they need to get a life and realize this is a credit union NOT a bank, and is not there to cash (make change) for your probably counterfeit bills -- especially when your not a client. It was a quick second , had to focus on the road. I tried to convince myself that it might’ve been an officer on patrol on a horse but I’ve never seen APD on horseback’s at 3 am. .
