The service is amazing and the staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable, which helps with new products coming up.

When an issue arose, they contacted me quickly so that I was aware she would need a shorter trim, but not completely shaved off. Our pup was very cute after her cut! Very satisfied with the service and will book again.

The food was served beautifully. The drink I ordered was a display of artistry from the bar. The plated presentations were mini masterpieces to behold. The vegetables were cooked to perfection. The salmon was juicy and tasty.
However, something in the red sauce caused my lips to burn and turned my stomach. By 2 am, the vegetables I had eaten had raced through my gut and were gone. That is a sign of a bad allergen and anaphylaxis missed by minutes. I keep antihistamines and epinephrine on me for just such an emergency.
I don't blame the chef or kitchen staff for it because it is my risk to even come to a place that serves dishes with shrimp, crab, clams, scallops, mussels and other things that should or do have a shell. Even with perfect culinary skills, cross contamination can happen and it's not the kitchen's fault, nor the server's.
The staff did their best to try to rectify things, but my stomach was too far gone with that single burning lips event. Thankfully, no hives have appeared. The staff tried, really they did, to fix things, but there was nothing they could do to fix it. Even the tiramisu peace offering didn't work. I said no to desert and I meant it. I would say it was an insult, but I know they were doing their best to make my dining experience a good one.
The staff were smiles the entire evening. The manager showed appropriate levels of concern, and I appreciate that.
Would I return to Bruno's? Maybe. Not any time soon.

590 W Central Ave, BreaI have not been here in years. Someone had told me it closed!!! I am so glad it did not!! My neice and I went for lunch. The food was amazing!! I got the Wasabi beef sandwich and beef barley soup. SO GOOD. It is such a cozy atmosphere. Their staff was amazing. They have grab and go section for home. I grabbed a couple of soups,their chicken salad, and caramelized onion dip. I had the chicken salad tonight for dinner. So good!! Definitely going back!!!

215 W Birch St #2, BreaCame here randomly after grabbing some coffee at "Enchanted Coffee" (u should check it out really good stuff there) and was thoroughly surprised to find out this was replaced from the previous Vietnamese restaurant. Sai greeted me with a smile and provided a really welcoming environment. I ordered the drunken noodles with beef which i had made a bit spicier than their normal level. The dish tasted perfectly authentic and satsified my hunger :) check them out if u want some authentic Thai food in the OC area!

Treehouse Bar and Grill at Birch Hills Golf Course
2250 E Birch St, BreaI met my date for lunch at the Treehouse. Loriel was very attentive and asked if I wanted something to drink. I was tempted to order a cocktail or beer but I decided to wait. I also had signed up for their discount program which offers a discount on golf food and beverage. I had the BBQ burger and onion rings and my companion had the fish tacos. The taco tray was loaded with three fish tacos on a white soft corn tortilla. I was lucky enough to be offered the last taco. The battered fish was great as well as the pico de gallo. Very tasty. My burger and onion rings were fantastic as well. I'd order either of them again. Next time I'll have a cocktail or a craft beer with my food. After my date took off, I came back to hit a large bucket ($14) at the range. With membership, it was 50% off, down to $7. The mats looked fairly new and the range balls were a mix of old and new golf balls. They also pipe in classic rock over their speaker system which was great. The Brea annual membership is $100 but I think I can recoup that in no time. The renewal is $80. So year two of the membership would be well worth it. Don't forget to check in on Yelp, 10% discount was offered on the check in deal.

Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard
649 W Imperial Hwy unit #J, BreaI recently visited Rita’s Frozen Custard in Orange County with a friend, and it was such a great experience! I had a Concrete, and let me just say—the texture and sweetness were absolutely perfect. The creamy frozen custard with the mix-ins made every bite feel indulgent but not overly heavy. It’s honestly one of the best frozen custard treats I’ve had in a long time. My friend opted for a blended smoothie, and they loved it too.
As someone who lives out of the area, I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m nearby. If I were local, this would absolutely be a regular stop for me—especially since I’m a huge fan of ice-based desserts, and Rita’s nails it.
The shop itself was clean, had private parking (which is a huge plus), and wasn’t too crowded when we went. There were plenty of places to sit, so it’s perfect if you want to relax and enjoy your treat. The staff were really nice, which just added to the overall great experience.
If you’re in Orange County and looking for a refreshing dessert, I highly recommend checking out Rita’s. Five out of five stars for both the quality of the treats and the welcoming atmosphere!

Parking: It’s not in a main parking lot which I really like there’s a few businesses off of the Main Street and there’s plenty of parking nearby so there’s no stress in meeting someone there and having them have to park which is nice.
