“By far the best UPS store I have been to. I own a distribution business and I ship a lot of products through UPS daily. I have gone to other stores, but this store is the best. Other stores seem to get bothered by how many packages I drop off. Other stores nearby want me to ship through the “main distribution center” due to my volume and have told me that I have overwhelmed their drivers.
I have asked this store if I overwhelm them.
Never once! They are amazing.
This one has the most friendly staff, best service, are very happy every time I walk in, and make me feel like family! I never feel like I bring in too many packages or feel pressured. “I have $1million for anyone who finds me a UPS store with better customer service - it does not exist. The employees at this store go absolutely above and beyond, including offloading boxes from my car, double checking to make sure everything is correct, and providing expertise in any question I might have. We use them for a big volume of packages and they make carloads of boxes easy to offload, scan, confirm, and provide receipts. They have even tracked down drivers for me to drop off an overnight package I missed the store cutoff for. Thank you a million times over, we are truly blessed to have them in close proximity to our factory.”
“I went in wanting to ship out a pc but the cost of shipping ended up being so high ($250!). Thankfully however, they were able to change the dimensions of the box and were able to bring it down to 150! They were such a great help to me and I recommend if anyone needs to ship anything, go with these guys!”

“Wonderful customer service. My seller made an odd mistake with the shipping and the kind UPS manager was accommodating and really helped me out. She was tired, as she was on her feet all day and it was near closing time, but she really did show me grace and she didn’t have to. (She has no idea how arduous working with my seller has been. Replacement shipments, incorrect address, weeks have gone by trying to get this 60th birthday present in time for my mom’s special day.) I really appreciate you guys. And over the years, every time I’ve been here, you guys are always professional, even with customers that don’t follow the Amazon return instructions and take out their frustrations upon your team. Thanks again for your understanding today! :)”
“This is my go-to UPS store. Also, it's a great place to have your fingerprints done through live scan. Chris and Landry were there to help me and they were just so professional, efficient and kind. I avoid coming here during the week though, because there is one worker named Elizabeth who is just so extremely rude, i'd rather just avoid dealing with her entirely so I don't come during the week when she works. It's a shame because I'm not sure if stores realize that one bad worker can really affect business. There used to be a UPS store on telegraph and Painter that went out of business, and I'm quite certain it was due to the unprofessional woman that used to run it.”
“Went for fingerprinting. Super small store, the guy was playing relaxing music in the background. It was an easy process! In and out within 10 min. $25 for the fingerprinting.”

“From sending packages to live scan fingerprinting, UPS Store meets all my postal needs. Call ahead if you need fingerprinting or notary services. Some stores change services frequently... BUT they are always helpful in finding another close by location that has the services I need.”
“Came here on Sunday 10-15-23 because I had called around to find a place for live scan fingerprints. Most business are not open for live scan on Sundays (which I had looked online two location that advertised they were open Sunday for fingerprints and they were not .) so after seeing online postal annex in yorba Linda was open I called and to my surprise they did do livescan that day. I quickly rushed down and met Leah . She was so sweet and nice . Made the process so easy. Along with other services this store offer's, shipping, notary, fingerprints and making keys! I'm definitely coming back .”
“This is an amazing UPS store. I needed to ship out some items through UPS and randomly found this place. Generally I do not write a review for a quick 5 minute interaction, but the service was so phenomenal I had to make sure to drop a quick review. Robert was extremely friendly as soon as I entered the store and even helped me with some boxes I had in my car. I've dropped off many packages before at other shipping businesses and the employees will just watch you struggle and hold the door open with your foot while carrying an arm full of boxes into the store... Not this place! I felt like I was VIP or a regular customer. I also had alot of questions from tracking to shipping options and Robert was patient and friendly throughout the entire interaction. I highly recommend this UPS store and will definitely be using them for my services again. Thank you!”

“I want to start by saying that my experience at this location has always been great! Always quick and staff is usually friendly.I went in a week before Christmas to print nice labels for all of my gifts. I spent almost $20 on some Avery labels. There were 12 sheets and I was going to use 10 of them to make mine and my brothers kids labels for Christmas gifts for work and their classes. I had to email the files to their store email. I did so and called to confirm they got it and came in. I was helped by Arthur. It wasn't my first time being helped by him, but I usually just have Amazon returns. He is usually a more straight faced person when I come in but I don't really mind as my transaction is always quick. This time, I came in to make these labels and my experience was very different. I told him that I always do a test on a piece of paper and write an X on it and sent through printer to ensure we know how to enter the label papers in the feed and print on the right side. He assured me that if he used the side tray, it bypasses any other print job and he's done it before. He sent the fist one through and it prints on the wrong side. That's a waste of a sheet . All he said was " well that's a first." He never apologized and just tried to hand it back to me. I was like oh ok I guess you can trash it. Now we know how we need to enter it so a few others were printed. Then he printed one of the files twice. That was a waste of another page of labels and I had none left to make if I needed more. Printing all the files took about 45 min. When I went to pay I asked him if he could give me a discount for his errors and waste of my product/time. He said "Unfortunately not." I mean, it was only about $8 but it was the principle. I tried to tell myself it's Christmas time and maybe he was just having a bad day because I am sure it's super busy this time of year for them. By the next day, I was still upset at how he handled the situation and how he his demeanor wasn't empathic so I decided to write the store.I am glad to say that the owner Hanswahini Kumar called me right away, but I was at work. They emailed me, apologized for my experience, and refunded me for my print job. I appreciate the owner making wrongs right. I will keep this as my home store. Thanks, Hanswahini.”

I had to do an I9 verification for my employer and it had to be done by today but they had no appointments open today so I called and talked to Rhett and asked if they could squeeze me in today. “Store is always clean and inviting. Staff is extremely helpful. UPS offers all the services I need such as mail-boxing, fingerprinting, passport help, and notoriety.I tend to always get attitude with the front office staff at USPS (post office) so I stopped doing business with them.”

“The Post office is small and "takes you back to a simpler time. I need to send a package through DHL and had no clue of how to get started. There were to people behind the counter that greeted me with kind smiles and they were both more than helpful. They showed me exactly what to do to ship my package internationally. They even wrote the number to call and sealed the package for me. I would truly recommend this post office because of the personal service, attention, and education they gave me. This type of service is invaluable. I recommend them if you are looking to ship anything to anyone.”
