I was told there weren’t anymore but I decided to ask one more person and there she was! She was able to guide me to a rack that was hidden between these ginormous (small) palm trees, and found a tree that was exactly what I was looking for. My recent visit to The Home Depot on Katella Ave in Orange, CA, was mostly great, although it had one notable low point. Let's break it down, shall we?My mission for the day was simple - just a couple of boxes and some tape for an upcoming move. Of course, as with any trip to Home Depot, I found myself wandering around the store; you never know when inspiration might strike for a new DIY project, right?While navigating the store, I had the pleasure of meeting Anna in the kitchen area, who kindly pointed me in the right direction when I was looking for the restroom. Staff like Anna are what make shopping experiences truly enjoyable - it's not just about buying products, but the interaction and the community feel that really matter.Now, the one unfortunate aspect of my visit was the state of the bathroom. It was, to put it mildly, not up to par. I had to walk right back out, which wasn't a pleasant surprise.To sum it all up, The Home Depot on Katella Ave is a great place to shop for all your DIY and home improvement needs. It's brimming with potential project ideas and great staff like Anna. However, the cleanliness of the restroom could definitely use some attention. For this reason, I'm giving this Home Depot location a solid 4 stars - a little polishing and it could easily reach that 5-star standard. Keep up the great work, and let's clean up those bathrooms! “I discovered this place not long ago and it became the place to go to first when I have a remodeling project coming up or when a tenant moves out. Everyone working there is very friendly with a great customer service attitude, Jesse in particular, he always goes out of his way to help, very professional and knowledgeable especially when it comes to building material, appliances and construction in general. Inventory changes all the time so you need to make frequent visits that's why I always stop by when I am in the area to see what new items came in. This place is fantastic!!!”

“We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”
