My car wouldn't start, somehow jump started and brought it here to get a FREE alternator/battery check after 8 PM near the closing time.Mr Jose tested my battery and diagnosed corroded terminals as the culprit. He went out of the way to clean the terminal. He did such a thorough job and refused to take any tip whatsoever. On the contrary gave me lots of tips on how to take care of my car.God bless him and his family.”

Tuesday afternoon I called the store and the employee said that the manager was already involved and they were going to take care of me. “After AAA gave me a jump and convinced me that my battery was fine an hour later my truck barely started. I decided to go to O'Reilly's and even with 30 minutes till closing they still helped me! Juan and Oscar tested my battery four times and showed me the outcome each time that it was bad, they gave me three different options for a new battery and even replaced it for me 10 minutes before they closed. I am so thankful that they were willing to help me otherwise I would've been stranded again. Don't waste your time with AAA for battery needs, just go straight to O'Reilly's”

“My daughter is out of town and i noticed that the her wiper blades were trashed. So I decided to replace them while she was gone. I went to the GG Store the guy at O'Reilly confirmed I picked the correct blades and told me they were one of the best brands. So I was feeling confident till I got home. i opened the package and started looking at the instructions and was mystified. I went to YouTube still mystified. Best Employee ever - Uziel, drove past my home and saw that I was having an issue, he stopped and put the wipers on for me. This was awesome he was wearing the O'Reilly green and was an excellent example of being an awesome human and representation of the Corporation.”

“Purchased a multi function switch lever to replace an old one since my mom's low beams weren't turning on but her parking lights and high beams were. Turns out I'm an idiot that didn't know I had to pull the lever forward instead of back to change high beams to low beams. Came back later that night to see if I could return it and he helped me out with the return even though they don't typically do return on those types of parts. It was greatly appreciated.”
