“My car battery needed to be replaced. I drove to O'Reilley's . They said on the phone they'd install the new one unless a complicated installation. One of the cashiers promptly spoke to me when he got off the phone, and came outside to look at my battery. Unfortunately my battery clamp was bent way down and he didn't have the right tools. Advised I should take it to an auto shop. Of course when I tried to leave my battery died again. Went back in and asked the same cashier if he could jump my car. Oh... I felt like a pain in the butt! But he was happy to help. Quickly grabbed a jumper unit and got my car started. Told me how much I should expect to pay for a new battery at an auto shop. What a wonderful experience! I plan to go back there with some tools from home. Why give the business to anyone else!”

“The staff operating this store location are incredibly kind and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and services they provide. I noticed multiple in-store customer interactions and they were exceptionally courteous and very professional. It is rare to see this in retail these days. I had a wonderful personal experience in getting a motorcycle battery serviced at this location. I also had a problem with a car battery not starting and the staff at the store came out to help me jump start my car! So blessed to have found this wonderful location and I pray that others are fortunate to discover the incredible service offered here.”

“I dropped off a set of rotors Monday night to get turned Tuesday. They n Tuesday the brake guy was sick. Tuesday afternoon I called the store and the employee said that the manager was already involved and they were going to take care of me. “I've been going to O'Reilly on Chapman and Prospect for all my auto parts for over 8 years because everyone there are so helpful. Today, I was taken cared of by Thomas and I was very happy with his service. He is very pleasant and very helpful. I purchased a battery about a yr ago and it ran out of juice because my car was sitting in the garage for almost a year. The battery was still under warranty so he swapped it out with no questions asked, unlike other places I've been to in the past. I don't know much about cars except driving it. He gave me some good tips to keep my battery in good condition if it gets parked for a long period time. There's a Pep Boys and Auto Zone near me in Yorba Linda that I've gone to in the past but I didn't get the welcoming feeling like I did at this particular O'Reilly's in Orange. Thomas made me feel like he really cares about his customers. I truly believe he treats all his customers the same way I was treated. Thank You So Much Thomas!!!”

“I brought in windshield wiper blades I had purchased somewhere else that I *thought* didn't fit after myself and someone else tried to put them on my car, and assumed I'd have to buy new ones. Erica the sales lady at the front looked up my car and went out with me to check out the situation, she figured out what was wrong (some pieces were still on my old blades that shouldn't have been, and we hadn't removed covers from the new ones) and was able to get it all sorted out in about 5 minutes! She refused a tip, so I'm leaving this review to compliment her customer service skills and above and beyond attitude towards helping me leave with the problem solved, and without me having to spend any additional money! I'll definitely be back with that kind of trustworthy service.”

“My daughter is out of town and i noticed that the her wiper blades were trashed. So I decided to replace them while she was gone. I went to the GG Store the guy at O'Reilly confirmed I picked the correct blades and told me they were one of the best brands. So I was feeling confident till I got home. i opened the package and started looking at the instructions and was mystified. I went to YouTube still mystified. Best Employee ever - Uziel, drove past my home and saw that I was having an issue, he stopped and put the wipers on for me. This was awesome he was wearing the O'Reilly green and was an excellent example of being an awesome human and representation of the Corporation.”
