A technician showed up and had no idea how to fix the problem. The company later referred me to an outside source who stalled me for two weeks and did not provide the repairs I needed. They did not fill the role as a Thermador repair service provider.

Do not. I repeat do not hire this company. Their license expired end of September 2021. Neither I or Bosch were aware resulting in my being taken for over $370 for a dishwasher repair
