Dr. Gerrity came in on her day off to treat our pet. We will be moving our regular vet needs from where they were before to Boulder Creek Vet. We could not ask for more from a vet than we got on Friday from Dr. Gerrity and the rest of the staff. Thank you!!”

“Very thankful to have found Exotic Pet Clinic for our rabbits! We first reached out when we found a lump on one of our rabbit's back and another vet closer to us diagnosed it as suspicious and possibly a tumor. We called Exotic Pet Clinic because we wanted to talk to a vet that specializes in rabbits and could perform surgery if needed, and Exotic Pet Clinic was super accommodating. The receptionist took down notes, requested records from our local vet, and their vet reached out to us within a few hours to let us know next steps. We were able to make an appointment quickly after to get a diagnostic with Dr. Deng, who was super nice and patient with our questions. Made the whole situation much less stressful for us after we talked to her. We scheduled a surgery to remove the lump with Dr. Stern for the week after. The day of the surgery, Dr. Stern kept us updated via text, and the clinic staff checked in on us the following days via text. We really appreciated how caring, helpful, and responsive everyone at the clinic was, from the vets to the staff!”

“I went here with my family to get a second opinion about my dogs situation and this place was so great and gave us hope and options. We have been here before in the past for my dogs and cats i’m pretty sure but since then we moved to san jose and we made the drive down here just because this place is so great. My 14 year old black lab was really old and he started growing huge tumors on the side of his abdomen. This place gave us the option to surgically remove it and we were more than happy to do that since the last place just told us to put down the dog (we really wanted it removed). Long story short, we found out that this tumor was more cancerous and would spread really fast and his recovery would be 50/50 chance of him surviving. we decided that day during surgery that we should go ahead and put our old doggy down since he was already asleep and we didn’t want further complications to where it injured him. But the way this place handled things was amazing. i asked if i could see him before he was put down and I was so happy i was able to be there for my doggy as he went to sleep. (some vet places don’t let you be in the same room of when they put down your dog because it’s a policy thing but im soo happy i could see him before.) They laid out blankets and candles and gave us a button doorbell to push when we were ready to put him down so it would let the staff know. they gave us all the time we needed with him and we were really grateful of that. I had a small favor to ask and that was to take some pieces of hair and whiskers off my doggy to keep since i also have hair of my other old doggy that passed away years ago and they were more than happy to do that for us. driving home for us was the hardest part because it’s the quietest and most sad car ride knowing your dog isn’t in the back seat wagging its tail and that dog won’t be coming home with you. But a week or 2 later. we got a handwritten card in the mail from this place with a stamp of my doggy’s foot print and that made me burst out in tears. I’m so happy to have this card to remember my childhood dog. Thank you Scott’s Valley Veterinary Clinic. My family truly appreciates the doctor and the whole staff. Even though i didn’t get to take home my doggy in the end, you guys showed love and compassion and we appreciate that.”

“I have brought my Golden Retriever to Adobe since I moved here five years ago and I am fortunate to have them nearby. The front office is friendly and responsive when I call or bring my dog in. Dr. Bannerman is Cooper's vet and she is great with him and very responsive to calls, email, and during visits. Because of the people, he loves going to the vet even if it includes shots or exams.”

Hence we continue to go all the way here because my fearful, shy dog does very well wirh the vets and vet teachs. The place is run in an organized manner and not chaotic like other vet offices. We love having access to holistic vets who understand the big picture and it's great to have accupuncture and chiropractic services all in the same place. They vets take time and give you personal attention and you get to go in and have a room to yourself and your pet.The best part is unlike a lot of vets, they're not trying to sell you flea/tick medication, vaccines, and keep pumping your let's with whatever is recommended on paper. I like they they give us the information and leave us to make well informed choices. They are open and knowledgeable about the latest science and hence take time to understand and then make recommendations. This is why we continue to go far to access their services.”
