“Wow, probably the nicest and most honest mechanic I've ever experienced. I happened to come across the place simply because my car was having issues nearby. I called and Fred told me exactly what to do before I even got to the shop. I arrived at the shop and Fred immediately helped, gave me coolant and oil without even charging me, I gave him 20$ anyway. He even told me the other issues I'd need to fix with my car if I came in for a full tune up. Other car shops charge you 200$ just to tell you what's wrong. I even called Fred the next day when I was continuing to have a certain issue and he helped me out. Will DEFINITELY be coming back for a full service and all my future work! And telling all my friends about Fred and Antonio's shop!”

Much less than the dealership. It is a small family owned business which I am more than happy to support. So glad there is a good independent Mercedes shop close by that I can go to. “I'm long overdue to give Kelley and his crew at Oil Changers Poway the recognition they so rightfully deserve.I've reached the age where I don't do much of anything by computer anymore, but I make an exception today for Poway Oil Changers. I've been the go-to guy for ALL our family vehicle maintenance and repairs for many years. Numbering about 10 vehicles.I have been using the Poway Oil Changers location for many years, even before the current manager Kelley was a green behind the ears newbie.They have always and consistently offered the best service and advice, and I wouldn't and still don't use anyone else.Since they don't do repairs there, you never have to worry about being upsold for anything. They will and have always reported anything out of the ordinary that may need attention or repairs, and suggest seeing your own mechanic if they notice something needing attention.Also I highly recommend their engine service treatment for any vehicle that is coming up for smog. As long as your check engine light is not on, you'll likely pass smog inspection with flying colors.About a month prior to EVERY family car smog injection, I take it in. I have oil, air filter(s) and engine cleaning service done.So far, never failed a smog test as a result.Can't recommend Kelley and his team highly enough.”

“Julian and the crew at Elite were absolutely amazing! We had a lot of trouble with my insurance company. They were difficult to get a hold of and deal with. Julian was amazing and always kind and considerate when dealing with them. My Kia Sorento looks absolutely brand new. When I went to pick it up I couldn't believe how perfect it looked! They really took great care in fixing the inside and outside and I will definitely be back to get another ceramic coat when needed. I recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle. They are the best in East county!”

“I've only had to use Caliber Collision three times in my life but every time that I've used them they've used Quality Parts they've stood behind their work they've completed the work when they said they would complete it and they've done it at a fair price who could ask for anything more. Maybe dealerships should take a hint maybe get a clue and not be so astronomical and people might start using them but until that happens I'm going with Caliber Collision every time I need that type of work.”

“We inherited a classic 1972 vehicle that was a complete mess.Spaghetti wiring, no functioning lights or gauges of any kind.Seats were held together with duct tape.Foot pedals broken, gas tank not attached.I could go on but you get the picture.The staff at auto works spun their magic and was able to turn our beast if burden into one of the coolest vehicles trolling the beach area.One stop shopping with qualified employees doing the work was not only convenient but saved time and $ that would likely have been spent dragging the vehicle all over San Diego for the electrical, upholstery, fabrication and body work.Highly recommend this business if you want good quality and to frame a shared vision of what you really want your vehicle to look like when you’re ready to drive off”
