“I finally found my new Auto Repair Shop!!I have reluctantly taken my car in to other places only to get a bad vibe, like they just wanted my money and just didn't take the time to help explain things to me. This place is really great! Sean always answers the phone, he's a Dog owner, duh right, automatically a great person! The updates via their text messages were very nice. And Sean let me know what I need to take care of soon and what can wait till later. The mechanics were all so nice, stayed late to wait for me to get there to pick up my car. Very fast and reliable. And for a girl who knows nothing about cars, I finally feel like I can trust someone to take care of my car and not bullshit me. Thanks so much guys!”

“I don’t know much about cars, so going to the mechanic has never been something I’ve been super comfortable with - that’s until I found T.P. First things first, they listened intently when I first came in and also were understanding of financial limitations. They worked very quickly (got my car back within a few hours) and when I came back they explained what all they looked at with the car and how they did that. Luckily I only needed an oil change, and they didn’t try to upcharge me or add other services. They explained things in a way that were very understandable. Above all else everyone who works there is kind and welcoming. Will definitely be my go-to mechanic!”

“These guys were fast, honest, and even gave me a bonus service! They didn’t hassle me with a bunch of unnecessary upsells, or additional services that I wasn’t asking for. They just correctly diagnosed my wheel bearing issue and had it fixed within 24hrs. They just did as asked (& a little extra for free). Can’t tell you how much I appreciate that from an auto mechanic. So hard to find an honest mechanic these days. They won a loyal customer today. I will always take my Vehicle here! Nice job Steve!”
“The crew here are fantastic. The crew in the office provide excellent customer service. The mechanics are technically proficient and experienced with Mercedes. Last but not least, price. Much less than the dealership. It is a small family owned business which I am more than happy to support. So glad there is a good independent Mercedes shop close by that I can go to. “The DMV stresses me out. SO I was a bit behind on car related tasks and decided to come here instead of trying to figure it all out for myself online or at the actual DMV. This was SO much easier. I didn't even have to get out of my car. There was a short wait, they were pretty busy, but were definitely moving through everyone as quickly as they could. (I might have also come when some people were on a lunch break, it looked like more people were working towards the end of my visit.) Once it was my turn the whole process was way easier than I was expecting. Everyone was really friendly and took care of everything for me. I just had to verify that the information was entered correctly. I'll come back when it's time for renewal!”

“It’s honestly really hard to find good auto repair guys. They hang onto your car for longer than needed, they charge you an arm and a leg, they don’t really explain in detail what your best options are. These guys do that all! Highly recommend, they serviced my 2018 Audi S5 Sportback.”
“I crossed the border by mistake at midnight, and got lost in Mexico, hit the curb on the highway, two of the tires along with the front suspension completely busted, Mexican highway patrol came and paid him $300 violation and $100 to tow my car to the border, tried to get a used tire but it costs $90 dollars each, luckily found this shop in San ysidro, $215 for two brand new tires installedBut I still need to get the front suspension replaced!I spent over $1000 dollars and two days for the mistake that I made!”

“I've only had to use Caliber Collision three times in my life but every time that I've used them they've used Quality Parts they've stood behind their work they've completed the work when they said they would complete it and they've done it at a fair price who could ask for anything more. Maybe dealerships should take a hint maybe get a clue and not be so astronomical and people might start using them but until that happens I'm going with Caliber Collision every time I need that type of work.”
