Alex runs a very honest business that excels on quality & honesty at a fair price. You never have to worry about getting ripped off or have worked performed that is not necessary. What I love about VAR is that they are always nice enough to give me a ride home so that I can leave my car there all day if need be for repairs. “Thought my 2008 Prius was done for. Engine light, bad engine noise and TRIANGLE OF DEATH! Mike did a thorough check of several systems. So grateful it wasn’t the engine or the big battery! The Prius did need several services and maintenance was brought up to date, too. Mike was very knowledgeable & kept me regularly updated on findings & progress. HOWEVER, Vinh gave me a change of heart! He’s a one (1) man show that takes pride in his work. He is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and affordable.I needed my rear brakes and rotors replaced. He recommended I buy the parts at Auto Zone and I just pay for the labor. Everything was handled behind the scenes through my insurance and CC and all I had to do was bring in and then pick up my car. This is the second time I've dealt with Caliber Collision, one was another location, and the service is consistent and great at both. I understand why AAA works with them. I appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff and was happy to know I was provided a completion date and my car was ready the date promised. This made it easy to work with my schedule. “So i live in Paradise hills and normally i would go to shops in narional city but i have alway past this place because i go to bonita alot i always seen them busy and because its in bonita i thought they would be quiet expensive. But ne how i needed to get a break inapection for peace of mind because a privious shop had done a break job for me that cost me an arm and a leg that ended up in just desaster they way over charged me didnt do what was supose to be fixed ect. So to be sure my breaks were in Fact safe to drive because they just didnt feel right i decided to have a break inspection done at the bonita valley. And all i can say is incredible ronnie took care of me and all the staff there were friendly really knowleagable i was in and out in no time ronnie went up and beyond in his customer service. I definitly found my new place i will be coming for future work done. The price was super fair. I had a great experiance i has all my questions answerd and left feeling safe about my car. Thanks a bunch!”
