“This is my favorite shoe store right now. This location has the best variety for me. The selection on grade school shoes is why I really come. I buy my daughters shows here. A few times I found shows for her for like $20 - $30. I think last year I bought my kid like 8 shoes. I also ended up buy my mom and dad some shoes too. Both my parents wear double wide shoes (4E). Huge variety of double wide shoes in the men's department. Both my parents liked there shows and wear them daily. I also found some deals for me in the clearance racks. I got a pair of 515 for only $35. Super come up. Also a pair of 2002RX for lime $70. All in all I got 5 pairs of shows for less than $300. I can't wait to go back again. Staff is also super friendly. Always somebody around to help.”

I usually visit Big 5 to redeem their daily sales based on their emailed coupons, however I always call for inventory confirmation and they usually hold an item for me (since I always call right before showing up). Great deals! If you know you'll be needing something specific in the future, sign up for the coupons and check them out daily, chances are that they will have the item you are looking for on sale at some point!”

“Picked up a kayak/paddles/life vest from the Big 5 on Valley BLVD in Fontana. Customer service was excellent. The whole team was very helpful. The store was super organized, clean, and set up nicely. They went over and above asking questions and being helpful with what we were looking for.
Had just driven from the Big 5 on Sierra Lakes BLVD. The two gentlemen who help there were very nice, the girl at the cash register was broody and she didn't give us all the info about the kayaks they had (they didn't have the seat for one of the two)”

“I called the day before to inquire about a cute set I had seen in the display window. The associate was so nice and helpful she asked what size I was looking for? She also told me that they had a sale going on until Tuesday. I told her I would be by the next day for it. I came in and said I called yesterday about the set in the window and fortunately I was talking 3 the nice associate who I spoke with over the phone. She told me they just sold the XL shirt and only had either a M and XXL. I asked if I get the M and it doesn't fit can the person I got it for bring it back? “My experience today far exceeds any I have had in other establishments. I’m a frequent customer of fabletics, but I was having difficulties using a gift card I had purchased. After speaking with card services and having quite the run around they were unwilling to help me with the issue. I called into the store and spoke with Stevie. Stevie is a representative at the storefront at my local mall and from the moment I explained my issue she was thorough and attentive. She not only heard me but went above and beyond in ensuring that the issue was corrected. I’m am very appreciative and she is the reason I will continue bringing my business to the store.”

“I went looking for cues. When you walk in, it's a big open warehouse with a lot of pool tables! I did find several new and used cues. They carry several McDermott Lucky cues. They also have, gloves, balls, and other pool accessories. I did find several used cues, but nothing that fit my needs. I'm told that not only do they have good prices, but that they give discounts for league players.”

“We came earlier today to look at some shoes for my wife and kids and unfortuenly the shoe we wanted for my wife was 1/2 a size to small. We asked Marcos(customer service floor associate) to see if he could check other sites for us. He found some in Redlands and called to verify. When the other store responded to fast and said no he sent a text and double checked with a manager at Redlands; they did have the size we needed and he asked them to reserve them for pick up. Moral of the story Marcos went above and beyond to get an accurate/ reliable response. Thanks Marco!!!!”
“I came by Thursday afternoon, a lady greeted me (Cassandra?) and offered help. I knew what I wanted to get, so she showed me the boxes. She was polite and very professional. I was in and out in 15-mins.
Their current pricing reflects the COVID supply and demand model. This means the prices are of MSRP or over. They are not the only business doing this, every fitness supply started selling at MSRP. For example, the MSRP of equipment I purchased is $498, but they are selling it for $600 (cash price and tax included). The Walmart price was $400 (but you cant even find one from Walmart due to COVID). On Amazon, the same equipment currently sells for $645 with free shipping. Prior to COVID, I’m pretty sure their prices are very competitive. A well-known Fitness Superstore in Riverside used to get supplies from them.
Overall, I’ll be returning if I needed additional equipment.”

“Got a new ball in and took it to Christopher (a month back in after not bowling for 14 years). I initially was going to reuse the layout I've had with the last few balls including a newer ball, and he asked me what I was looking for out of the ball and motion and advised me to change my layout, and came up with a layout that gave me exactly what I wanted out of the ball. Old school equipment in the shop with a very knowledgeable craftsman at work!(PS- be sure to bring cash! Cash only for outside balls)”
