“We came earlier today to look at some shoes for my wife and kids and unfortuenly the shoe we wanted for my wife was 1/2 a size to small. We asked Marcos(customer service floor associate) to see if he could check other sites for us. He found some in Redlands and called to verify. When the other store responded to fast and said no he sent a text and double checked with a manager at Redlands; they did have the size we needed and he asked them to reserve them for pick up. Moral of the story Marcos went above and beyond to get an accurate/ reliable response. Thanks Marco!!!!”
“Didn't have the vapor maxes that I was getting for a gift for my cousin in Milwaukee but was able to order them right there in the store They were very helpful. They became my new shoe store couple weeks ago when I was on my way to famous footwear over here in the Renaissance center until I looked in their window been hooked ever since”

“This store has been our go-to since we moved to the area. They close at a decent time, clean, and have shoes that we need every time. Unfortunately, the line to pay is usually long, and they don't have football cleats here. However, i give them a full 5 since they're always nice.”
