Many visits to this B&J with my vehicles of various vintages with fantastic results every single time- even for obscure subtle problems that required their team to do online research for the secret solution. They are frequently very busy, but they always find time for my cars to fit into the schedule. Be patient, wait for availability in their shop workflow, and let them work their magic for you. In several cases, they have not charged me for all of the work they did. On two visits they simply solved my problem for free and did not even bother to write up a bill of sale. I am not aware of ANY shop that repairs cars for free!”

“Very Impressed with this company. My son attends *** and his car wouldn't start, tried a jump, nothing. We had no idea what the issue could be, it is an old car(1991 Acura), was it serious? I found **** on bbb.org and he had an A+ rating and was a few blocks away. I called twice speaking to **** and ***** and they were busy but said bring it in. We had the car towed over around 11am, my son met **** who my son said was a gentleman, explained the diagnostic process and said he would call with an estimate. Just over an hour later he called with the news and the damage. It was just a seriously dead battery and he would have the car road ready in an hour at a very reasonable price. We had feared the worst, some expensive electrical issue and were so grateful for his news. I appreciate his honesty, integrity and fairness. He will be servicing that car for sure until my son matriculates unless he stays in LA, then maybe even longer! Thanks ****!”

Mona called and personally made sure I was able to get a rental for the lowest possible rate while my car was in the shop, and actually drove me home so I didn’t have to walk back in the rain. They changed my headlight for me, checked my fluids, and even detailed and cleaned my car. I was kept updated the whole time and they got it done in an extremely timely manner!! “Kevin, the owner is not only extremely knowledgable, but he’s personable and reasonable as well. I’m the type that wants to know more about my car as things are getting fixed. I have an older Honda element. I brought it in to fix the vtec solenoid and when I came in to pick up the car, he had the old part there to show me before I even asked about it. There may be some mechanics that still do this these days, but frankly, that’s a great way for a curious person to instantly trust a person. Kevin is kind of a saint. Not everyone needs what I want, but I think that if you need a frank opinion on how to proceed with your car problem, he’s going to be one of your most valuable assets. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him.”
