“I've never had a pharmacy be so kind, personable, attentive, timely or feel that they truly care as much as HEPPS does. I'll share that I have chronic conditions that makes daily life a challenge but having a great pharmacy & pharmacist (!!!) makes a world of difference. I had to move about an hour away but I still make the drive because they are more than worth it. Walgreens & CVS never kept my medications in stock or ordered them ahead of time so my refills were never available, even if I called ahead of time to reminds them, so I would go sometimes weeks without my medications. HEPPS is always on top of it and I never have to worry about it happening again. I really can't recommend them enough!”

I travel a lot for work and take two medications, one in particular that can be very difficult to get in stock. They always have them ready for me right away. My schedule is very chaotic and my doctor sometimes forgets to call in the scripts, but despite all of that, a few weeks ago the pharmacy had my medication ready for me last minute as I was leaving town. I even have a manufacturer sensitivity and they have made sure that I get my requested manufacturer.
Highly recommend using them for all your needs! They also have a great supply of various vitamins and wellness care in the store.”

“I walked into this pharmacy hoping to grab some headache medication, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was than going to a Rite-Aid or Walgreens. The parking was free and easy, the store was well-organized so I could find what I needed quickly, they had a wide range of items and medications, and Dr. Newman was there to answer any questions I had with thoughtful responses. If taking care of your healthy is a priority for you, I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“This place is great one stop shop for rx, otc medicine, snacks, cards, toys, etc. but since it is a family owned pharmacy I do feel like the prices are slightly higher than other pharmacies such as rite-aid. Regardless though, you are paying for convenience and you are supporting small business. The staff is nice and helpful. There are also City parking lots located on Camden and Brighton that each offer free 1-2 hour parking. It is smaller than their other location just 2 blocks over but the pharmacy serves it's purpose. Never had an issue and haven't had to call more than twice to check on any rx refills.”
