“I've been a customer of this pharmacy for a few years, it's probably one of the better run & well stocked for pharmaceuticals than any pharmacy around. They're a family run biz, and everyone strives to provide great service. They have an assortment of inexpensive jewelry & other gifts for kids & adults, so when you're waiting for your RX, it's fun to poke around & buy something you didn't know you needed! They also provide free delivery services, it's more than worth the $5 tip I happily give the pleasant delivery driver,they're located on the bottom level of the parking garage and happily provide a stamp for free parking!!!”

“MDR was quick and easy to work with. They called and arranged delivery of medications and time that would work best for my schedule. They even checked about specialty medications that would expire in a certain time and made sure I ordered it in a timely manner. Plus they have some of the best out of pocket prices for fertility medications! And if you apply for the reunite discount, they accept that too when paying for medications. Highly recommend!”

“ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I cannot say enough great things about this pharmacy and the staff especially the pharmacist Irina. Such an amazing person. West Val is not our home pharmacy seeing that we do not live in the area. Our babies GI dr is in the building next door and recommended going to them because they could compound our daughters meds. Best decision ever. Not only did they take the time to explain to me what compound medicine actually is in the beginning, they went out of their way each time to get the meds authorized by our insurance ahead of time to save us money. Irina is always very welcoming to both myself and my husband each time we had to get new meds. She takes the time to welcome us by name, discuss the health issue our baby is going through and really is just warm and helpful each time we go in. During this time with our baby being sick, it is very nice to have someone really there listening and concerned and willing to help.Just this week we unfortunately had to get another new med for our baby with hopes it's the last one Not only was this medicine $6,000 but there wasn't a pharmacy in town that had the liquid version. The manufacturer of the medicine was no help and every pharmacy we called their wholesalers couldn't get it either. We were stuck. UNTIL Irina went out of her way and spent the day calling around and found a local specialty pharmacy that could order it for us. Not only that but she sent over all of our information including a coupon for the medicine which made it only $50. HUGE!!!!I'm sorry, but there isn't a pharmacy in town that would go over and beyond like this one did. If you want great customer service, knowledgeable advice and personal care this is the place to go. Thank you soooooo much IRINA and your team. So grateful for you.”
