Melissa at the La Mer desk - wow! Came in to the new location today with my boyfriend and she went above and beyond to make us happy! I've been a loyal customer since '03 and I've never encountered anyone like her! Also really like Raghib in shoes.

I purchased my first Chanel at Saks! It was a good experience. Geoff the SA was super helpful and patient with me while trying out all the bags. I ended up going with the Small Caviar Classic and the Maxi Caviar classics. I just love how all the luxury brands are all in one place. Great retail therapy!

Saks Fifth Avenue takes people's money and does not deliver the product. I ordered something and never received the item. The delivery company they used said the item was lost but their tracking showed delivered. I never got the item and Saks won't refund me. This is stealing.
