“We landed in this hotel after a long journey and a really bad AirBnb and Maryam gave us a very warm welcome. My stress level dropped straight away and we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The hotel room was huge, the bed was super comfortable and everything was perfect. We immediately fell into bed and were super relaxed because we were immediately offered a free late check out for the next day. The service, friendliness and facilities in this hotel are simply perfect. Many thanks to Maryam and the entire hotel team.”

“Location: A+ Service: A+ Value: B+ Hard product: A Love the art deco vibes. Highly recommend this hotel you feel like you're a celebrity. Service is upscale but not overly pretentious. Rooms all have dysons, nice balconies and great floor plans. Even the smallest rooms are over 400 sq. feet. Several house cars, including a rolls. Diamond breakfast is good. Rooftop is restaurant is good but pricey. Overall I recommend this place, for a gateway or a vacation.”

“Although I was traveling alone, I had no problems walking around at night and was able to stay with peace of mind. The room was spacious and sophisticated, and it was conveniently located between Santa Monica and Hollywood.

However, when I made a reservation on a site called DiscountedRoom.com that was introduced on Google Maps, I discovered that the reservation had been canceled without permission the day before my stay. Since then, I have been at a loss as they have not responded properly to my inquiries to the site. Be careful when booking with a third party.”

“From the moment we arrived, everyone was so nice and helpful. Carlos at the front desk and his partner who I'm so sorry forgot his name both were amazing and welcoming. They wished us happy birthday and a complimentary Prosecco and chocolates to our room. The actual hotel has a very retro vibe , Palm Springs , 1960 style. The fish tacos at the restaurant were delicious and our bartender/waiter was friendly , attentive and nice. We are absolutely coming back again.”

“Great location! All the staff I met were super friendly and helpful.

Wish the rooms were a bit bigger and cleaner. The bathrooms need to be renovated. But overall a good hotel”

“The room was clean. The location is great. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure and nice shower. Soni was very kind and accommodating. The only negative is I’m not sure what the accommodation fee actually covers but that’s typical hotel stuff. Otherwise really enjoyed the room, location, and kind service.”

“The building is a bit old, especially the bathroom and toilet, so it took me a while to get used to it as I'm nervous about plumbing.
Although it is old, the light blue wallpaper gave it a stylish atmosphere.
Access is very good, and the price is low considering it's near Beverly Hills, so it's good for sightseeing.

It was a little inconvenient because there was no air conditioning, but unlike Japan, the humidity is low and the temperature doesn't exceed 30 degrees Celsius, so it was surprisingly okay. The heater in the closet could be used in the winter.

There was a restaurant next door, so when the window was open, there was quite a bit of noise, but it was closed by the time I went to bed, so it wasn't a big problem.

The blinds are of the type that you raise and lower by hand, so I didn't know how to do it, so I asked the lady at the front desk, but she kindly explained to me. The customer service was very good.”
