“I purchased my Rolex many years ago at this store. Unfortunately Rolex no longer have a service center in Beverly Hills so I was advised to take the watch to Geary’s (on Rodeo) who have an on site repair person . In the past at Rolex I could have the watch back in a matter of hours at most and they always went above and beyond. At Geary’s I was told it was a minimum of 7 days even if it was just a battery. As I was due to go away I followed up on Day 4 and was told the person I spoke with, that my watch could take up to 16 weeks if it had to be sent out and then given the runaround about the person who I had asked to speak to, being in a meeting. If my watch was going to take up to 16 weeks, I would never have left it as the watch is very precious to me and probably travelled to a city with a Rolex service location. Given the status of Geary’s I expected more. No one had even called to give me an update or estimate. I thankfully called back again and this time an extremely helpful person named DUSTIN saved the day. Dustin was thoughtful, understanding and effective which was very much appreciated. Thanks to Dustin, I changed my review.”

“*Not the Typical Pottery Barnyard* Strolled Inside to look around at the winter/spring collection...and my friend bought a glass vase. Andrew assisted us and was very friendly & helpful. But misunderstood what my friend wanted and now needs to go back & return it. Been here many times throughout the years, it's a very nice 2-story Pottery Barn and their displays are well thought-out.Plenty of parking within the BH Triangle...so you can either feed the meter or opt for free 1-2 hr parking in the all city lot structures on nearly every block.”
“I bought a couple things online and selected store pick-up. Miraculously, C&B still does pandemic-era curbside pick-up, which I so appreciate especially in BH where parking is atrocious and even more so because it meant I could stop on my way home from the vet without having to drop off my dog at home first.
When your items are ready, you receive an email. When you're on your way, you click on a link in the email to give them your ETA. And then, when you arrive, you click on the link that tells them you've arrived. Someone came to greet me immediately, verified my information, and then came right back out with my items within a couple minutes.
Such a fantastic customer experience.”
