You can drop off your items, then walk up to the corner Starbucks while you wait, then they give you a cool and fair amount of cash for any computers, old phones, etc. As long as it turns on, they'll buy it. Better than just throwing these things out or have them collect dust in your drawers, or try to fix them or even try to sell them yourself. I had a LED makeup light used for Instagram posts and seeing an artiste's face or zoom lighting that had a damaged power supply. The sales team had everything I needed as soon as I got there so I could make a quick purchase. “When my Mom's Panasonic Microwave stopped working I thought about just replacing it. Then I thought about Her having to learn how to operate another brand of microwave. This was her second Panasonic Microwave, The first one lasted about 5 years, This one was just under 2 years old, She was not happy with Panasonic & was thinking of switching brands. I did a little research & found Electronic Design & Services, Sam was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem & got to work. The owner Sam Is what I would describe as "Semi" Retired, He genuinely enjoys his work. He is one of the nicest & warmest people I've met in a long time. If you have the opportunity to bring your malfunctioning appliance to Sam, I suggest you do that. It will make your day better I promise.”

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service experience with this shop. I was called very promptly and informed the typewriter I wanted had just sold, was walked through other options, and found a different typewriter I had been interested in.
The shipping was unbelievably fast. I had my typewriter well before I expected to. The item was packed delicately a thoughtfully, which can be an issue when buying typewriters - a lot of sellers don’t know how to ship them correctly and safely.
The machine works flawlessly. I typed 4-5 pages, using every key and variant multiple times, at speed (I’m a fast typeset), and went through all the machines functions.
The case is in great shape, considering. These are older machines.

“This place is a great place to get what you want in Televisons and suround sound systems. It is a small place. It is right here in Beverly Hills and unlike most things in BH it is so far not posible to beat the price. It is a small Showroom so you need to research what you want or go tell them and they will recomend. They know what they are doing. The first time I went there I was not price shoping. I wanted a larger 80 Inch LED LCD and a Denon 9.2 suround sound system. I already knew the model and they did not have it in stock. Here is where it got very cool. They asked if I wanted it they would have it there in 45 Min. I said I wanted it. I went down the street and had lunch then came back to get the thing and when they handed me the bill I thought they had the wrong system. The price was so good. It was $900+ Less than Frys and over 1000 less than Best Buy. I got what I wanted. Saved a lot of $. Got better service than the large chain stores. And they delivered and even helped with the setup of the television at no charge. The Soround sound system is a bear to set up so I paid them to do it. They did a great Job. So as soon as I feel it is time for a 4K Set I will be back to Beverly Hills Electronics. I would and should give them a 5. In Fact I just changed my rateing to a 5. The Service and Price more than make up for the small show room. Go there or just call them and tell them what you want. They will take care of you. and you will save a lot of $. Folks from out of town go here to save $. Not something you see happen in BH other than this place. Jim Davison”
