I bought a super ocean back in February in London and by memorial day one of the band screws worked its way out and was lost. I then spent 3 months trying to get it fixed to no avail. I walked in to this boutique and Alfred fixed it on the spot free of charge. He'll be the one I buy my next watch from when I come through...

Went to buy my first watch for my graduation and was recieved with a nice greeting. The staff was friendly and tried everything to find me a perfect match and a strap that would fit me. If you go look for Kadidja amazing service. 10 out of 10!
