Pic-n-Pac Liquors is under new management, providing amazing service. It is the spot to go in El Cerrito for a huge selection of specialty drinks, wine, beer, or hard liquor, with a variety of different drinks. The new management looks after you, though some note the prices are bigger. While nothing else nearby may be open, the service is good and the new management seems amazing.
Amazing service the guy at the register gave me %10 off and told me it’s under new management, so the prices was better. Am a complete fan of the new management they really look after you!
