Exploring their showroom, I settled on a blend of 200% Habitat and 150% Wabi—an absolute favorite. Natalie, the wonderful woman who assisted me, patiently showcased various options.Check out the attached photos taken at different times; they perfectly capture the charm. “Needed some applewood pellets for my smoker. I called, they told me they stored the pellets away for the season but happy to check to see if they had the applewood. They did and brought up a bag from storage and had it at the counter for me when I came to pick it up. Needed it because I'm making homemade bacon”

“Have used this place a few times over the years and the service has always been good. Most recently for Benjamin Moore paint for a new home addition. Unfortunately they mixed the second 5 gallon bucket purchased separately the wrong color (BM Swiss coffee instead of KM Swiss Coffee) even after I had asked them to check it against my previous order as a double check. They did end up replacing it for me (paint cost $370) but sadly we had already sprayed the second coat in this different shade, meaning I lost over a day of work and had to repaint the entire job with another coat. Recommend triple checking and suggestion to Mark's - always write the color code/name on the bucket.”

She listened to my needs, picked out all the colors I was looking for and more, and gave really great suggestions on how to proceed. It's my first time shopping for paint and she made me feel really good about the process. This store is a bit of a drive but I will be sure to come back because of her expertise, guidance and kindness.”
“Great Service by the whole team! Arnold the store manager helped me and did a fantastic job. Tucker the Assistant provided me with tools to make it easier to select colors. Jose and Tayveon greeted me at the door and spoke to me for a couple minutes about how choosing the best roller and brush is important for each project! Gustavo also made sure to check me out as soon as my paint was ready. Overall this team really knows what legendary service looks like.”

“They have everything you might need for property/ apartment repairs.
I have come here to find pieces of lumber. They are great at cutting lumber to the requested measurements.
The workers are always polite and helpful when it comes to pointing you in the right direction. There is commercial parking right in the front for easy loading. They also have a warehouse right across the street which contains more lumber.
Great location and a helpful place to go to if you are in the city.”

“Repaired my wife's 2018 Mercedes rear bumper scratches. They set me up with the products I needed and thorough instructions for application. The color and gloss of the Polar White was on spot. Counter help was cordial and knowledgeable.”
“The most fabulous, friendly customer service one could hope for. I was repainting my office and had brought in a paint chip sample to color-match, that turned out to be too small, and I didn't have time to go back and forth. One of the staff heard my plight and came out to help me see if we could color-match it by sight (he said he was good) from the sample cards on the wall. I kid you not, we found a perfect match (he was good)!!!! I do think the original paint had likely come from Sherwin-Williams, which was a huge help, but seriously, I could not have been more stoked. They helped me make sure I had what I needed, and when I returned a week later for more paint to do a second accent wall, they remembered me by name and were just as helpful. It's so nice to go to a local business where people really care.”

“Last week, I purchased a pizza slicer from another store, but it broke when I attempted to use it. I came to Laurel Ace to get a replacement because I know that its products are sturdy.
Marcos, the associate who assisted me, not only directed me to the proper aisle, but, to my surprise and gratification, TESTED the slicer to make sure that it would hold up! As if this wasn't enough, I also told me that I could bring it back if I had any problems.
I ALWAYS get great service at my neighborhood Ace, but young Marcos is among the BEST associates who I've ever been blessed to deal with. You can NEVER lose by going to Laurel Ace, particularly if he assists you.”
